Content:An Outline of National Medium and Long term Educational Reform and Developing Plan has ascertained that in the next period one of the main tasks of our educational development is"to actively develop preschool education and basically popularize preschool education by 2020";therefore,the most urgent affair is to train and improve preschool education faculty. Students majoring in preschool education of non-normal school emerged in the period of the rapid development of preschool education of our country,and in the background of greatly increasing demand for kindergarten teachers. In a very long period of time,they undertook the work of popularizing preschool education in many regions,especially in rural areas. In recent years,with the whole society focusing on the faculty of preschool education,the overall implementation of preschool teacher certification system and normal-school graduates of non-preschool education constantly joining the rank of kindergarten teachers,graduates majoring in preschool education of non-normal school face greater and greater employment competition.It is necessary to fully foster pre-service professional qualities of kindergarten faculty,among which professional teaching skill training is difficult and important,because teaching skills of teachers gradually form in specific practical activities, and it's not enough to obtain them only by imparting and identification of theories. So we must strengthen educational practice,letting students of preschool education major practice,experience,comprehend and operate in a real preschool educating situation. Only in this way can they combine theory with practice. As a teacher training school which cultivates non-normal kindergarten teachers,it expects to ascend students' professional qualities and improve students'ability to suit to a post through the curriculum reform,of which the reform of educational practice is the key content. This article analyzes the significance of the reform of educational practice from social requirements today for preschool education faculty , the need for self-development of students of preschool education major,and the school's need for the reform of curriculum training kindergarten teachers. The article makes deep analysis on the foundation of educational theory and psychological support of the reform of educational practice of students of preschool education major on the basis of practice education ideological theory of combining education with labor and knowledge classification view principle. In order to benefit from and improve the reform of educational practice of students of preschool education major,the author studied Zhang Xuemen's experience in practice management of Beiping Infant Normal School,the experience in using"art friendly system"advocated by Tao Xingzhi to cultivate students of preschool education major,and Chen Heqin's experience in using"living education"theory to establish Jiangxi Provincial Experimental Infant Normal School. The author also gained enlightenment from education thoughts for preschool education and practices of these educators to guide today's reform of educational practice of cultivating students of preschool education major of the school. The article takes for example,nearly four years'of management of educational practice of students of preschool education major of Wuxi Xishan Teacher Training School,expounds specific practices and experience of educational practice management in the process of fostering non-normal students majoring in preschool education from compiling curriculum planning, constructing a team of"double-qualification"teachers and teaching-affair management strategy of educational practice;and it also thinks about problems existing in the reform of educational practice. Based on the author's working practice,derived from the school teaching management,the article makes positive comments and suggestions about current pre-service faculty training of preschool education.
