With the implementation of aesthetic education,it has become a consensus in Chinese.Cultivating students' aesthetic qualities is an important task of aesthetic education,which becomes a plus for aesthetic qualities cultivation and for covering the aesthetic factors in the content of traditional art and culture in the Chinese Teaching Materials for Junior Middle School.The cultivation of students' literacy should be regarded as the goal in teaching.This paper mainly study the teaching which is carried out in the Chinese Teaching Materials for Junior Middle School loaded on the traditional art and culture;and the focus of this study lies in the following:why does this teaching can cultivate students' aesthetic literacy and how to do it effectively for cultivating students' aesthetic qualities.This paper is divided into five chapters:the first chapter is the introduction part which expounds the reason,purpose and significance of of the study;and it also discusses the research status about the traditional art culture and the aesthetic quality and futher determines the research idea and method.The second chapter explains the definition,classification,features,aesthetic characteristics and elements of aesthetic literacy(aesthetic knowledge,aesthetic ability and aesthetic concepts)of traditional art culture.Baesd on the relationship amthe among various elements,this paper briefly explains the relationship between the traditional art culture in teaching and the cultivation of students' aesthetic qualities as te aching material is the most important carrier of teaching.The third chapter starts from the aesthetic value of the content of traditional art culture in junior middle school;then,from the Chinese curriculum standards,it discusses students' development core qualities and the psychological characteristics of middle school students,the importance of cultivating students'aesthetic qualities in the teaching of traditional art culture.Besides,based on the aesthetic teaching theory of junior high school,the study tries to explain the ought-to-be teaching status of the cultication of students' aesthetic literacy in traditional culture teaching of junior middle Chinese class.,that is,how to do in the teaching.What is ought to be pursued is the goal of our efforts to practice.These most important four elements stems from the basic aesthetic teaching:the planning of teaching goals,the selection and processing teaching content,teaching method,and teaching feedback.Through interviewing teachers and analyzing the teaching-case,educators are able to grasp the current situation of aesthetic accomplishment in traditional art and culture education.The present situation is analyzed and summarized as below:the ignoration of accumulation of aesthetic knowledge,the lack of aesthetic comprehension,the limitation of aesthetic creation and the lack of aesthetic guidance.To break through the present predicament,a few points are made for future improvement in the fifth chapter:setting a clear goal of aesthetic education;carrying out the comprehensive practical activities in teaching materials;selecting new and varied teaching methods;finding strategies like deepening the teaching content of aesthetic factors and etc.These strategies are to provide reference for cultivating students' aesthetic quality in the teaching of traditional Chinese art culture in junior high schools.
