With the development and application of the new generation of information technology,such as mobile Internet,intelligent terminal,Internet of things,big data and cloud computing,the trend of educational informatization is getting stronger and stronger,and the information literacy of teachers is also increasingly valued.This trend not only requires teachers to have sufficient information literacy,but also to have the ability to use new technologies and develop students' awareness of information literacy so that they correctly guide students to meet the challenges brought by new media.This paper is based on the "Internet +" impact on teacher education and teaching to study the level of primary school teachers' information literacy and related educational capabilities.Through consulting a large number of related literature and information about "Internet+",education informatization,and information literacy of the teacher,this paper first analyzed and discussed the challenges and requirements of primary school teachers in terms of roles,teaching methods,and professional development in the context of "Internet+"." Secondly,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire and interview and conduct surveys on the teachers of 10 primary schools in Yuelu District,Kaifu District,Gaoxin District,and Furong District in Changsha,and 10 teachers were interviewed.The survey results show that the overall level of basic information literacy among primary school teachers is not high enough.There are the following problems:weak information awareness,lack of information knowledge,weak information capabilities,and lack of information ethics.Then,this paper analyzed in depth the reasons that affect primary school teachers' information literacy level:the lack of self-development of teachers' information literacy;the incomplete construction of school informationization;and the absence of effective teacher training.Finally,based on the analysis of the reasons,this paper separately ponders from three dimensions:the teachers themselves,the school guarantee mechanism and information literacy training,and proposes structural and hierarchical suggestions.First of all,the teachers themselves:strengthen information awareness,enrich information knowledge,enhance information capabilities,and strengthen the construction of information ethics;Second,the schools:need to enrich the basic education and teaching resources,create information technology teaching practice opportunities,and improve information technology teaching incentive policies,strengthen professional education and technical support;Finally,the training:the training content needs to integrate new ideas and new technologies,the training form needs to take into account differences,and training management needs to strengthen the latter guidance.It is hoped that these measures will further enhance the information literacy of elementary school teachers and at the same time provide practical practical experience for the study of information literacy education.
