The impact of the Internet on people is full,and the education is an important part of the social and personal development,the combination of which with the Internet is a genneral trend.so the key issue is how to with the fastest and best way to meet the challenges brought by the Internet to high school politics.The teacher is the student mentors,therefore,enhancing the high school politics teachers' information literacy is very necessary.Let the teachers learn to use the Internet resources,by which the combination of advantages of network classroom and school classroom to maximize the "Internet plus politics" effect.The core part of the paper is composed of five parts.The first part is mainly to clarify the related concepts of teachers' information literacy,proposing the ideological and political teachers who should have the basic information literacy and self satisfaction of information literacy;the basic information literacy are:information consciousness,information ability,information affection,information knowledge,information morality.Self satisfaction of information literacy are: information olfaction,information integration ability,the ability of feedback and teaching reflection on information.The second part from the transformation of education ideas,"upgrading" teaching subjects,the emergence of a new form of teaching and the improvement of the sharing of teaching resources to discuss necessities of cultivating information literacy of high school political teachers in the background of “internet+”.The transformation of educational concept is to make full use of information acquired in the teaching process and guide students to create their own knowledge system for deep processing of teaching materials,and on this basis,carry out related activities to promote knowledge and ability transfer.The transformation and upgrading of teaching subjects means that students are easily exposed to all kinds of information and knowledge,breaking the knowledge gap between students and teachers,and students have become active learning subjects.A new form of teaching means,Mu class customization course method etc.The improvement of the sharing of teaching resources means that education and teaching resources can make teachers learn from each other through the Internet,mutual help and common growth.The third part expounds the theoretical basis for improving the information literacy of high school political teachers,that is,the theory of lifelong learning and the theory of man's overalldevelopment;the last part which puts forward the countermeasures for the cultivation of information literacy of political teachers is based on the analysis of the fourth part of the situation.We should adhere to the principles of comprehensiveness,systematicness,difference and human-oriented.The state should make efforts from four aspects: supporting software and hardware construction and development,strengthening publicity,forming beneficial social atmosphere,facilitating the establishment and improvement of incentive mechanism,and developing staged training.Schools should work hard to form a training team from principals to teachers,create a library of information resources for political disciplines,carry out quantifiable assessment and assessment system,and develop a school-based training plan.From the teacher's own point of view,it is necessary to establish the development concept of lifelong learning,to actively improve the comprehensive quality of individual and to take the initiative to study independently.
