| Social practice,as one of the basic ways to cultivate talents,plays a mandatory role in postgraduates’ education activities.And as the inevitable requirement of university idea and education,social practice is a complementary to classroom teaching activities.Participation of social practice is an important part in the training of postgraduate students,but the deeply and targeted investigation on its attitude,behaviors,and satisfaction degree is not enough.Based on this situation,this study takes full-time Pedagogy postgraduates in Hunan Normal University as research object,uses methods of questionnaire and interview to research.And this study is researched in the dimensions of attitude,behavior and satisfaction degree from the angle of pedagogy postgraduates’ experience.Through the analysis of the survey results,the conclusion is as follows:First,from the aspect of attitude,participation attitude of postgraduates is positive and their cognitive is comprehensive,but some postgraduates feel nervous in the process of social practice.Second,from the aspect of behavior,not all of the postgraduates participated in social practice,the motivation of social practice is oriented by employment,the approaches for participation are not enough,part-job is mostly participated,planning is weak,and the support from school is not enough.Third,the degree of satisfaction of social practice experience is just average,and the influencing factors are as follows:the participation in public welfare social practice is not sufficient,preparation of postgraduate is not sufficient;and the differences between expectation and actual situation is obvious;the planning ability is weak,the support is not enough,pressure from academic standard,and school management is not systematic.Based on the results of the survey,this study analyzed the factors that influenced the degree of satisfaction of postgraduate students in social practice experience from aspects of postgraduates and the school management.Three suggestions are put forward to deal with these problems.The postgraduates should improve their ability of plan.And different social practice types should be carried out evenly.what’s more,universities should make systematic management for social practice.This study is aimed at providing a reference for Pedagogy postgraduates’ training mode for universities,giving advises in reaching training objectives of pedagogy postgraduates,and enriching the theory of degree and postgraduate education in our country. |
