With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the field of education ushered in the era of artificial intelligence.Facial expression recognition technology as a key technology for education artificial intelligence,which was helping to transform education.Facial expression recognition technology captures facial expressions and uses algorithmic analysis to give the computer the ability that recognize and understand human emotions.Through the research of a large number of literature,in the current education field,facial expression recognition technology is mainly applied to the learning under the network environment,which to solve the problem that emotional loss in the process of communication between teachers and students.However,under the classroom environment,it is not extensive research about to apply facial expression recognition technology to help teachers to improve classroom teaching evaluation.Classroom teaching evaluation is the evaluation of the behavior generated by the object in the classroom teaching process,which mainly includes two aspect of education and teaching.For a class,the perfect classroom evaluation mechanism can effectively promote the growth of students,and the same time it can enhance the professional teaching ability of teachers.Therefore,classroom teaching evaluation plays essential position in modern teaching,because it is not only the foundation for successful teaching,but also the basis for implementing various educational decisions.However,through investigation and research shows that classroom teaching evaluation results failed to achieve the desired effect in the current.The current classroom evaluation contains the following four main issues:First of all,the evaluation of classroom teaching is mostly on the cognitive level,but it ignores the evaluation of student' emotional aspects.What is more,the classroom teaching environment that one-to-many,which is able to cause incomplete evaluation and lack of timeliness.In addition,the existing evaluation methods are not conducive to the development of individualized teaching,and cannot fully develop student's personality.To sum up,the rapid development of information technology and improved teaching of technology are the main trends in education,which requires us to change the single evaluation method.Therefore,the research shows an intelligent emotional evaluation method,which mainly based on facial expression recognition technology and suitable for classroom teaching.Firstly,through literature analysis and research method to summarize five common learning emotions in classroom teaching,which include listening,pleasure,doubt,resistance and disdain.At the same time,the research defines the expression features of the five learning emotions and provides sufficient evidence for facial expression classification.Secondly,the research not only provides three indicators to evaluate the quality of classroom teaching,which include attention,participation and difficulty,but also describes the detailed calculation formula.Thirdly,the research analyzed the requirements of the intelligent emotional evaluation system and provides detailed introduction about system design ideas,which include overall architecture and the design of each module.Finally,the research will use the experimental method to apply the intelligent emotional teaching evaluation system to the Chinese language classroom of some high school in Dalian.In addition,through specific application examples to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.On the other hand,communication with teachers and students to obtain their feedback on the emotional rating system,through interviews.The purpose of the research is to show that the system is simple to operate and the analysis results have a high accuracy.And the same time,the system can provide intelligent,comprehensive teaching feedback for teachers,which can effectively prompt teachers to grasp the content of classroom teaching and learning condition of students.In addition,using this system to achieve the both goal that saving manpower and material resources and the strong practical value of classroom teaching.
