The Research Of The Status,Problems And Countermeasures Of Financial Aid For Poor Students In Private Vocational Colleges In Dalian

The "Private Education Promotion Law" promulgated by the State,from the legal point of view,has affirmed the education and teaching of private colleges and universities in China,and made it clear that "private education is a public welfare cause and an important part of socialist education",at this stage,private colleges and universities have been developed rapidly.And one of the most important part of the private colleges and universities is the private higher vocational colleges,which make our education system perfect and development provides the prerequisite and the foundation,but also accords with the demand of education industrialization,with the school,the parents and the student's demand matches.However,because most of the students from the private vocational colleges come from small towns and rural areas,the family income level is relatively low,so the financing problem of impoverished students in the private higher vocational colleges is more outstanding.By 2017,there were more than 2.18 million students in the private higher vocational schools,and the proportion of these students who were poor was rising every year.Under such circumstances,the progress of subsidizing the study and life of the impoverished students in the private higher vocational colleges,on the one hand,has a direct relationship with the learning life of the impoverished students,on the other hand,it has important influence on the development of the private education in China.Therefore,it is very meaningful to analyze the present situation and existing problems of students ' subsidy in higher vocational colleges and to propose feasible strategies for these problems.The research object of this paper is Dalian private higher vocational college,based on the significance of subsidizing the impoverished students in the private vocational colleges,this paper introduces the related concepts of the financing for the poor students,and expounds the important significance of the financing for the impoverished students in the private vocational college,and on this basis,adopts the method of questionnaire,This paper analyzes the factors influencing the financing of the impoverished students in the higher vocational colleges in Dalian,there are three reasons,one is that the tuition is higher than the student loan,and the second is that the funding sources of poor students are not diversified,the subsidy is not wide enough,and the third is that the poor students ' cognizance mechanism is not perfect;Finally,The improvement strategy of the impoverished students ' subsidy work in the private higher vocational colleges is clear,first,the government should increase the financial support to the private higher vocational colleges and universities,the second is to improve the identification mechanism of poor students,the third is to make the system of social assistance perfect,four is the increasing number of work-study posts,five is to strengthen the ideological education of poor students.
