A Research On Developing Class Culture In Non-governmental Higher Vocational Colleges

As the development of the construction and economics, the vocational education draws theattention of the society. The number, the mode and the numbers students of vocational schools arerising gradually. However, the quality of students in non-governmental vocational colleges is notgood enough and the efforts of education are not good as well.In this paper, firstly, it gives a literature review, on the basis of the existing research at homeand abroad, on the basis of the research questions，it is a research on developing class culture innon-governmental higher vocational colleges; secondly the definition, on the function of classculture and class culture construction will be described. Then through the observation method andcase analysis, the research analyze on the construction of the class culture in a private vocationalcollege of Sichuan Province. The study has empirical research and longitudinal comparison, andputs forward some measures for it, Interpersonal relationship building such as the strengthening ofthe class, training class cohesion and collective pride, to play the role of counselor in theconstruction of class culture, the use of modern educational equipment to the construction of CollegeStudents’ class culture. Period for our Class Culture Construction operational model, and ultimatelyachieve the purpose of healthy growth and development of leading the students.
