| In recent years,financial support for poor college students has been increasing in China,and efforts have been made to ensure that students with financial difficulties from every family enter school smoothly,and to promote educational equity and social harmony.General Secretary Xi Jinping once said that the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation can only be realized if everyone has the opportunity to show his talent.Through the implementation of these years,China has made gratifying achievements in the work of the poor students funding in Universities,such as the improvement of the standard of subsidizing,the expansion of the scope of subsidizing,and the improvement of the policy system.However,there are still some problems in the current work of the poor students funding in Universities,such as the difficulty of identifying students ‘family financial difficulties,meeting the needs of the material level but not the spiritual level,arbitrariness of the aid policy,how to use the aid resources accurately,the standardization of the aid work,the repayment of student loans and so on.Therefore,we must first analyze the current work of the poor students funding in Universities,then find out the problems existing in the work of the poor students funding in Universities,and improve the problems,so as to achieve "precise poverty alleviation".Firstly,this paper analyses the basic concepts and theoretical basis for the performance evaluation of the poor students funding in Universities,and probes into the basic methods of performance evaluation.Based on the analysis of the state’s aid policies over the years,consulting relevant experts and scholars,this paper selects six factors that most affect the performance of the poor students funding in Universities as the first-level indicators,subdivides the second-level indicators under each first-level indicators,and constructs the evaluation index system of the poor students funding in Universities.Then the weight of each index is determined by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Finally,taking G University as an example,this paper statistics the relevant data of the poor students funding in Universities in G University through questionnaire survey,constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the poor students funding in Universities in G University by using the data,and finds that the work of the poor students funding in Universities is at a general level,and there is room for further development.Therefore,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the following four aspects: improving the recognition mechanism of poor students in G University,broadening the financing channels of G University,improving the financing supervision mechanism of poor students in G University,and combining economic support with spiritual support,so as to improve the accuracy of the poor students funding in Universities and promote the healthy development of the poor students funding in Universities. |
