Research On Network Public Opinion Monitoring,Analysis And Management Strategy

With the rapid development of the information age,the way in which the public expresses emotions and opinions is gradually transferred from traditional information medium to multimedia Internet platforms,the route of transmission has also changed from traditional newspapers and magazines to Wechat,microblogs,etc,any of which has a fast speed of propagation and a wide range of influence.Our country is currently undergoing an in-depth reform period,and various conflicts are easily upgraded and deteriorated,how to monitor and analyze network public opinion in a timely manner and actively adopt effective governance measures is the key to solving social conflicts.Firstly,this article clearly elaborates the relevant concepts of the network public opinion,by sorting relevant literature on the monitoring,analysis,and governance of the internet public opinion in recent years,on the basis of learning from previous studies,summarizes the current situation of monitoring and governance of public opinion at home and abroad from both aspects of research and application,and then describes the status of network public opinion monitoring and the status of internet public opinion governance separately.Secondly,it explains the content of monitoring and analysis of Internet public opinion in our country.In terms of monitoring,it mainly includes the process,system,and working mechanism of network public opinion monitoring,in terms of analysis,it mainly includes analysis methods and public opinion reports.Thirdly,according to the current situation in our country,it submits proposals for improving monitoring and governance of internet public opinion.Finally,taking the "Sade" incident as an example,this article reviews its public opinion monitoring,public opinion analysis and governance measures from the perspective of the development process on the incident.
