Research On The Ways To Strengthen The Ideological And Political Education Of College Student Associations In The New Era

As the main form of college students’ social practice activities,college student associations are an important position for ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.They play an effective extension and supplement to the teaching of the "first classroom",and provide a good platform for universities to grow and become talents.It has created a healthy and progressive campus culture atmosphere,improved the comprehensive quality of college students,and further promoted the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality in colleges and universities,and has become an important way to achieve ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to ideological and political work in colleges and universities.At the 2016 National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: “We must persist in putting morality and cultivating people as the central link.Put ideological and political work through the whole process of education and teaching,and realize the whole process of educating people and all-round education." In 2017,the" Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Work of Colleges and Universities under the New Situation " issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council emphasized that the continuous innovation of the ideological and political work of colleges and universities should be promoted by " actively playing the role of student associations ".In 2020,in accordance with the requirements of the new era,the Ministry of Education and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League jointly issued the " Administrative Measures for the Construction of College Student Associations ",putting forward strict requirements for the management and construction of college student associations in the new era,and providing for the healthy development of college student associations.Guide and norms.College student associations are an important way and platform for student education and practice.In the new era,strengthening the ideological and political education of college student associations is to implement the general secretary’s practice." We must insist on establishing morality as the central link and integrating ideological and political work through education.The whole process of teaching,to realize the important link of the requirements of "full education and all-round education" can effectively enhance the pertinence,affinity and effectiveness of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and help cultivate generations to support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and China’s socialism.Institutions,useful talents who are determined to fight for socialism with Chinese characteristics for life.Therefore,this thesis aims to study effective countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education of college student associations under the background of the new era,which mainly includes four aspects:First of all,it mainly explains the theoretical basis of the ideological and political education of college student associations.The first is the connotation,characteristics,types and functions of college student organizations;the second is the theoretical basis for the research on ideological and political education of college student organizations;Secondly,the importance and guiding principles are further discussed.The first is to discuss the important role of strengthening the ideological and political education of college student organizations in the new era from the perspectives of students,campus culture and clubs;the second is to elaborate on the guiding principles to be followed in strengthening the ideological and political education of college student organizations in the new era.Adhere to the four principles of cultivating people by virtue,student body,problem-oriented and classified guidance.Thirdly,it analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education of college student associations in the new era from two aspects.The first is to explain the remarkable achievements made by my country’s college student associations in self-construction,the overall development of college students,and the construction of campus culture;the second is to analyze the problems existing in strengthening the ideological and political education of college student associations in the new era.There are three main aspects: 1.The ideological and political education is not in place;the second is that student associations emphasize quantity over quality;third,the self-education management of college student associations is not perfect.Finally,it is a study on how to strengthen the ideological and political education of college student associations in the new era.Divided into three aspects,one is ideological guidance;the other is institutional guarantee;the third is the carrier of activities.
