With the current number of domestic golf clubs increasing year by year,combining the constraints and regulation that the government imposes on the golf industry,the operation of golf clubs has gradually become the most urgent issue for the golf clubs to solve.Faced with the increasingly competitive domestic golf market,native golf clubs must fully study the managerial modes and experiences of developed countries.Only if they plan around their own reality,take advantage of their own characteristics and expand their elite brand,can they be able to go further in the market.Nanli Lake Golf Club is located in Ding'an County,Hainan Province.It is a club surrounded by unique ecological characristics.Since its re-opening after the renovation in 2014,the club has been persisting to present its clients a high-end course.With its own advantages of resources and strong publicity in the Hainan golf market,it has gained certain achivement.However,the competition in Hainan golf market is getting increasingly fierce,and especially with golf population growth rate far behind the propagation of golf clubs,causing mutiple operational problems in Nanli Lake Golf Club.Based on the theories of marketing and other related disciplines,this paper analyzes the organizational structure and management status of Nanlihu Golf Club,and summarizes the existing problems.And then the paper compounds and concludes the supply and demand situation of golf market in Hainan Province,and selects three representative golf clubs for comparative analysis.On this basis,based on the SWOT theory,analyzes the stength and weakness of Nanli Lake Golf Club and brings up the development strategy of the club.Finally,based on the 4P theory,this paper optimizes the marketing strategy of Nanlihu Golf Club so this research can become a strong support for enchancing the club's operation capability and competitivity.
