Golf originated in Scotland in the 15 th century and was introduced into China in the late 1980 s.In the past 40 years,the trend of industrialization and popularization of golf has been accelerating.With the development of golf,the quantity and quality requirements of golf talents have been continuously improved.Golf education arises at the historic moment,to provide talent support for the development of golf in China,sports colleges play an important role in cultivating golf talents,at present domestic and foreign research mainly aimed at individual colleges and universities golf talent development status,and based on the market demand of sports colleges golf talent training research is less.According to the market demand for golf talents and the teaching resources,curriculum system,training mode and other aspects of the investigation and analysis.Based on the domestic market demand of golf and the golf education of sports colleges and universities,we find out the dilemma of talent training,on this basis,explore the effective way of talent training,and optimize the talent training mode and curriculum system of golf talents in sports colleges and universities.It is conducive to providing a basis for the training of qualified golf talents in sports colleges and universities,so that the training of sports colleges and market demand are closely combined.Research mainly adopts the expert interview method and questionnaire survey method,through the 50 golf club for golf talent demand,eight sports colleges and universities teaching resources,personnel training mode,curriculum system,found that the club shortage of talent,mainly concentrated in the caddie,teaching assistant,coaches and managers and seats.The club has certain requirements on height,image,age,education,practical experience,English,certificate and ability when recruiting talents.There are some problems in the training of golf talents in sports colleges,such as lack of professional ability,unsatisfactory certificate examination,weak active learning consciousness,short practice time,unclear training objectives,single course evaluation,foreign language level cannot meet the market demand,weak teachers,and lack of independent teaching places.In view of the existing problems,on the basis of making full use of the existing resources,effective optimization methods are put forward to optimize the talent training mode and curriculum system. |
