With the progress of the social providental fund management,Shanghai Provident Fund Management Center(referred to SPFMC)is developing in recent years.Since a growing number of women in the world out of the family get into the society,the number of female employees in SPFMC is increasing.With women's proportion increasing,the female employees play more and more important roles in the developing progress of SPFMC.However,women's career development guidance offered in SPFMC is limited despide the big proportion of women in the center.The women in SPFMC are mostly faced with career developing dilemma,such as the narrow development channel,being passive in career development,insufficient achievement motivation and work-family conflict.If the women's career development of SPFMC can't be solved effectively,it will further influence the development of the SPFMC and even the whole social providental fund management.In the article,first of all,the relevant literature review and the undestanding of the academic research situation make the fudation of the study of this article.Then,this article carries on the summary to the women's career development in SPFMC.Secondly,the women's career development delimma of SPFMC and the reasons,which lead to women's career development delimma of SPFMC,are analyzed.Finally,the reasons put forward some pratical measures and suggestions.This article applied the method of literature research,questionnaire investigation,and interview study,This article takes women's career development delimma of SPFMC as the research object,based on the theory of career development,combined with management science,sociology,psychology and other multi-disciplinary theory research results,discussed the characteristics of women's career development in SPFMC,analyzing the obstacles of women's career development of SPFMC and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The first part:the thesis writing background,significance,research methods and related research literature review are introduced.The second part:mainly expounds the basic concepts involved in the study,and theoretical basis of women's career development in SPFMC are introduced.The third part:the situation of women's career development in SPFMC and existing problems are summarized.The fourth part:from the three aspects of system,social and individual level analyze the factors hindering women's career development of SPFMC.The fifth part:combining with the experience at home and abroad from three aspects:system,society and individuals,put forward countermeasures to promote the women's career development of SPFMC.
