Research On Current Situation Of Commercial Ice Fitness Center And Counter Measures In Shanghai

With the development of China socialist market economy, the life-level of people has improved gradually, multiple sport fitness clubs were set well up all over the China. As a new style of sport organization, commercial ice fitting club was accepted by people for the excited and particular fitting character. The search on the management status of the ice fitting clubs in Shanghai will promote the development of sport industry, meet the needs of scientific fitness and healthy life, and improve the system of fitting market.The research object of this thesis includes 600 sport fitness customers, 100 Body-building instructors and managers from 6 sport fitness clubs of Shanghai by consulting bibliography, questionnaire investigation, experts' investigation and so on. This article presents some relative proposals to the development of ice fitting clubs in Shanghai based on the analysis of the current situation. The research result as follows:1. The places of commercial ice-sports in Shanghai always open to the public according to the seasons' change, so they are not used efficiently. This paper suggests that these places should cooperate with schools to set ice-sports courses, while these commercial places could turn to deal in roller skating programs.2. The quantities of commercial ice-sports places in Shanghai are comparatively small, and the arrangement is not rational. This paper suggests that the relative departments should publish associated laws and codes to improve the arrangements of the commercial ice-sports places in Shanghai.3. The fitness clubs are short of the management talents who know sports as well as good at management. The ice club operators should study the management and administration knowledge of ice fitness club through various routes.4. The instructor's salary is low so that the loss of instructors is serious. The ice club operators should pay more attention to the instructor's cultivation, and raise the instructor's salary appropriately.5. There is a gap of the consumers' age among the people who take part in the ice fitness clubs in so that clubs should propose suitable sports events for all ages in order to expand the consumer range.
