In the current college entrance examination system,physics plays an important role in the college entrance examination.We also know that physics is different from other science subjects,so students are required to score at the same time to grasp the rational thinking and link problem solving and practice.Different high school students on any subject,including physics cognitive level and learning level are certainly not the same,if we do not consider these,but think that the traditional old-fashioned method of teaching will certainly be "inflicted children" and be useless for the development of students'ability.Even more serious is that students will be more serious differentiation.In the end,the burden of students is becoming more and more serious,and the psychological pressure is also increasing,so that teaching quality is difficult to improve.Therefore,it is imperative to take the Graded and Mobile Teaching mode,which is the only way of social development.The author studied Graded and Mobile Teaching from the first line of the physics teaching.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and international teaching results of Graded and Mobile Teaching mode,The author systematically summarizes the comprehensive applications and suggestions of layered classes in high school physics subject through first-line teaching research,questionnaire survey,regular teaching research and other methods.And author analyses his own experience of seven layered classes teaching cases,affirms the necessity of "layered classes" in physics and realizes that the layered classes in the practice process of physics is more difficult than expected.The article is hoped to give readers some suggestions by recording the practice process and gives a profound analysis to the following content:(1)This paper analyzes the concept,connotation and theoretical basis of the teaching of "Graded and Mobile Teaching mode",taking northeast Yucai School of us as an example to analyze the necessity of implementing" Graded and Mobile Teaching mode "in physics teaching in senior high school,Elaborates the implementation of "Graded and Mobile Teaching mode " to a large extent make up for the defects of the class system in the high school,which is conducive to the comprehensive improvement of teaching quality and the progress of poor students,higher requirements of excellent students.(2)This paper analyzes the implementation of "Graded and Mobile Teaching mode" in Physics Teaching in senior high school.The teaching of”Graded and Mobile Teaching mode" in high school physics needs to abide by the principle of people-oriented,systematicness and difference,adhere to the educational concept of "people-oriented,paying attention to life ",to enhance students' physical comprehensive literacy as the goal of teaching design.At the same time,the author wrote this article,combined with his own experience and summed up some methods of the "Graded and Mobile Teaching mode",such as classroom management,teaching management,teaching evaluation and so on,put forward the principle of selection,specific implementation process,besides,the specific teaching content given the author's lesson plans.(3)The author has been teaching with Graded and mobile method for 2 years after his graduation 4 years ago.Through the analysis of seven cases,he analyzed the improvement of the students' interest in the high school teaching,the learning pressure,achievement,and the change of relationship between teachers and students etc...(4)This paper describes some problems in the application of physics teaching in high school,including layered science,difficulty in class management,teachers'teaching ability,students' mentality and so on.In view of these problems,the author gives the method and experience that he summed up in Graded and Mobile teaching of physics.
