Study On The Resource Optimization Of The High School Based On Shift Class For New College Entrance Examination

According to the new college entrance examination system,the course-selection regulation leads to an inevitable requirement of a new class scheduling system,and therefore higher demands for the corresponding class scheduling theory and algorithm are put forward,so it is of great significance to study the resource optimization of the school based on the shift class for the new college entrance examination system.This study is based on class scheduling in some high schools in Shanghai,focusing on one core research question,that is,on the basis of the smooth conduction of teaching,how to allocate the existing high school teaching resources such as time,teachers and students reasonably,evenly and without conflict,so as to optimize the class scheduling.The new scheduling optimization model is set up in the practice of the current high schools,and the design and optimization test are carried out at last.In the theoretical analysis phase,the important concepts such as "new college entrance examination reform","shift class system","resource optimization" and other related concepts are explained,the related research is reviewed,and some existing class scheduling methods in high schools are analyzed,so as to put forward research questions.At the stage of design and practice,this study constructs a new class scheduling apporach,which is composed of four steps(functions),subject-selection,class-division,class contracting,combination to package,teachers and time arrangement,forming a solution to the overall allocation of teaching resources based on shift class system for the new college entrance examination system.In the analysis and discussion stage,it is analized that the solution can inprove the current class scheduling and resource allcation on two dimensions,teacher and student resources and curriculum resources for scheduling.On the basis of the new class scheduleing model,the author implements a software prototype,which can provide the overall curriculum arrangement of the school resources based on the existing teaching resources constraints(teachers resources/students resources/ time resources).The software is written in Python and sheets processing will be carried out.Using this software,it can satify the high schools' demand for class scheduling.Using the software,to optimize the class scheduling for second grade of a pilot high school.It is proved that the class scheduling model and software can optimize resources based on shit class for the new college entrance examination system,in aspect of students,teachers,and time.
