The Chinese curriculum standard for compulsory education(2011 Edition)requires the teaching of Chinese to all students so that students can acquire basic Chinese literacy.Ther efore,in the teaching of Chinese,we must "take student as the base" and pay attention to the d evelopment of every student.The traditional class teaching system pays more attention to the c ommonness of the students and ignores the students’ personality.The emergence of "hierarchic al shift system" teaching organization is a positive transformation of "class teaching system",which can meet the needs of students at different levels and give full play to their strengths an d potential.However,what is the problem of the teaching effect of the Chinese language "strat ified shift system",which needs to be studied in depth.The main contents of this paper are three parts:The first part:starts from the teaching organization form of class teaching system,and theoretically discusses the emergence,development and characteristics of the hierarchical shif t system and the Chinese Hierarchical shift system.First,this paper analyzes the disadvantages of the class teaching system in the process of practice,and then explores the causes and devel opment process of the "stratified shift system".Secondly,it discusses the reasons for introducing the hierarchical shift system and the practice of introducing the shift system into China.Finally,it explores the stratified class system and analyzes the necessity,feasibility,ch aracteristics and implementation principles of the hierarchical language system in junior midd le school.The second part:studies the teaching effect of Chinese hierarchical class system for grade eight students in L Middle School of Danyang,Jiangsu as a case study by observation and interview as data collection methods.The results of the study show that:After the teaching of Chinese stratified shift,(1)satisfying students’needs of learning Chinese;(2)improving the initiative of learning Chinese;(3)enhancing the motivation to learn Chinese;(4)the results of the Chinese examination were obviously improved.However,there are some problems in the teaching of Chinese stratified class walking system,which are mainly as follows:(1)the sense of belonging of the students is not strong;(2)The poor student s get together and lead to a lack of language learning atmosphere;(3)the flow of students between classes leads to difficulties in Chinese language instruction.(4)the evaluation standard of students’ language learning is relatively simple.The third part:three suggestions are put forward to improve the teaching effect of junior middle school Chinese shift class system.(1)building a Chinese learning community,arousing the enthusiasm of Chinese learning.(2)emphasiz the teaching evaluation of chinese"stratified shift system".(3)Pay attention to the students’ individual,improve the effect of Chinese Teaching. |
