Research Of Learners' Online Learning Style

The study of learning style has a long history.The original learning style theory is used to guide offline teaching.With the development of technology,online education and adaptive learning arise.Learners generate a large amount of learning behavior data when they conduct online learning.These behavioral data can reflect learners'learning style to a certain extent.Excavating learning styles in online learning behavior through technical means is a research goal of this article.Taking this as the starting point of the research,this article uses literature research methods,statistical analysis methods,empirical research methods,machine learning methods,to study factors in the online learning style model and the key technologies of measuring each style implicitly.The research work of this paper is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:Firstly,this paper studies the related theories of learning style.This paper compares and analyzes the existing learning style models,combining with the characteristics of online learning,proposes an online learning style model.The model has four styles:physical style,information processing style,learning preparation style and behavior preference style.Secondly,on the basis of the proposed style model,this paper studies the technology required when measuring learning styles and formulates a set of technical solutions,which use online behaviors to measure learning styles,to guide the validation of the online learning style model.The technical solution uses K-Means,PageRank,and a decision tree algorithm to verify the learning preparation style,behavior preference style,and information processing style,respectively.Finally,this paper uses online behavioral data to implement technology solutions,and the produced result verifies the validity of the style model.All these work provides practical guidance for adaptive online learning.
