The Ministry of Education defines mathematics abstract and logical reasoning,mathematical modeling,intuitive imagination,mathematical operations,and data analysis as the core qualities of mathematics in the General High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition).It is a mathematics thinking quality and mathematics key ability that students should have to meet the needs of lifelong development and social development with the basic characteristics of mathematics.And mathematics abstract literacy throughout the mathematics activities is always crucial.The period of high school is the key period for the development of mathematics abstract literacy.Therefore,it is very necessary to evaluate and study the current status of high school students' literacy.This research mainly evaluates the status of mathematics abstract literacy of some the second grade students in Xiaogan High School,and uses research methods such as literature method,survey,and case analysis in the research process,and based on some relevant research results at home and abroad,as well as on the horizontal division and specific performance of mathematics abstract in the General High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition),I prepare a set of assessment tools that can reflect the mathematics abstract accomplishment of the senior high school students.For the data collected using Excel and SPSS20.0 to analysis the differences and correlation,get the status quo of mathematics abstract literacy of the second grade students and some related conclusions:(1)The overall level of mathematics abstract literacy among students is relatively high,most students can generally perform more rigorous mathematical abstract thinking;(2)There are fewer high-level students,but zero-level students still have potential to improve;(3)There are significant differences in mathematics abstract between liberal arts students and science students,the mathematics of science students is higher than that of liberal arts students;(4)The mathematics abstract literacy of boys is stronger than that of girls,but the difference between them is not significant;(5)The students' grasp of the nature of mathematics knowledge is not enough,and can't fully understand the nature of the concept;(6)It is the most difficult for students to solve comprehensive problems.Based on the above research results,I give the following suggestions for teachers'teaching:(1)Teachers should strengthen the concept teaching,pay attention to the nature of knowledge;(2)Infiltration of mathematics thinking and mathematics methods into students in the teaching process;(3)Pay attention to the connection between knowledge,and promote the active transfer of knowledge;(4)Generally create the rich context based on real life;(5)Increase openness issues and enrich problem types;(6)Strengthen students' literacy evaluation,promote these comprehensive development.
