In January 2018,the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China formally published the Ordinary High School Geography Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition),and proposed the curriculum goal of geography key competences.This marked the geography new curriculum reform with the goal of geography key competences officially started.The new geography curriculum standard paying great attention to the cultivation of the creation of problem situations to the geography key competences.At present,geography key competences has become a new research hotspot for geography education reform in China.There are many published documents.But the research on the problem situation creation of Geography class teaching in high school under the background of key competences is still blank.Therefore,This paper is theoretically and practically significant to "the research on the problem situation creation of Geography class teaching in high school under the background of key competences".This article uses the literature research method to analyze the research background,analyzes and comments the research status of geographical problem situation and geography key competences at home and abroad,and on this basis,puts forward the theoretical and practical significance of the research on this topic,and explores the related concepts and theoretical basis.Questionnaire and interview methods were used to analyze the status quo of the problem situation creation of Geography class teaching in high school under the background of key competences.The problems existing in the problem situations creation of high school geography teacher were summarized,and specific countermeasures were proposed in response to the problems.At the same time,with the combination of micro-instances,explores the model for the creation of geographical problem situations,and according to the model,teaching cases were designed,in order to promote the use of geographical problem situations in the teaching of geography.This article is divided into seven parts:The first part:Introduction.The research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research objectives and contents,research methods and technical routes,and innovations are discussed.The second part:an overview of the theory.On the one hand,defines or elaborates the concepts related to problem and problem situations,key competences and geographical key competences,the creation situations of geography problems,and geographical key competences;on the other hand,defines the main theoretical basis for this research,namely,pedagogical theory,Geography discipline theory.The third part:The status quo of the problem situation creation of Geography class teaching in high school under the background of key competences.The author designed questionnaires for teachers and students,and interview outlines,and investigated the current situation of creating situations for geography teachers in senior high schools in Wuhan,Summarizes the problems existing in the creation of problem situations in the classroom teaching of high school geography teachers:some geography teachers do not have sufficient theoretical understanding of the problem situation creation;some geography teachers do not grasp of the organization and implementation process of the geography problem situation creation,and the skills needed to be enhanced.The effect of the problem situation creation needs to be improved for some geography teachers;The difficulty in creating problem situation for some geography teachers has been multifaceted.In the fourth part,based on the existing problems,this paper puts forward the specific countermeasures for the problem situation creation of Geography class teaching in high school under the background of key competences.In the fifth part,on the basis of proposing countermeasures,a preliminary discussion was made on the creation mode of geographical problem situations.The paper discusses the connotation,goals,and principles of the model of geography problem situation creation,and proposes the general flow of the creation of geography problem situations.At the same time,it combines the micro-cases,analyzes the implementation strategy of the model,and proposes four major methods of geography problem situations creation:Using the combination of geography,life,and society to create a life-oriented geography problem situations;making full use of the integration of geography and other disciplines,supplementing with vivid language to create interesting geography problem situations;setting suspense and creating divergence geography problem situations;Using cognitive contradictions,create inquiry geography problem situations.At the same time,in light of specific cases,the creation of different types of geographical problem situations was explored.In addition,the evaluation criteria for creating problem situations was proposed.In the sixth part,specific cases are designed to promote the practical application of the geography situation creation model in geography classroom teaching.The seventh part,conclusion and outlook.Summarize the basic conclusions of this paper,analyze the existing deficiencies,and look into the future of the research.
