With the advent of the information age,senior high school geography curriculum standard(2017 version,revised in 2020)puts forward more scientific and rigorous requirements for the creation of teaching situation.The teaching situation must be based on the real and complex real situation,and the hot spot of current affairs is the most typical social reality integrating authenticity and complexity.It is introduced into the geography classroom to create the situation of current affairs,help students analyze the hot issues from the perspective of geography,obtain and understand the geographic information contained in them,and then solve the geographical problems,In this way,students can get used to thinking and recognizing geographical phenomena in real and complex situations,and constantly improve their core geographic literacy.Based on the previous research results and their own educational practice,this paper constructs the current situation classroom observation evaluation scale,evaluates the current situation creation teaching status of teachers,summarizes the existing problems and finds out the reasons for it.Based on the analysis of the principles of current affairs hot spots applied to the creation of high school geography teaching situation,this paper puts forward some optimization suggestions for the creation of current affairs situation,and designs two teaching cases of "meteorological disasters(second class)" and"examples of China's national development strategy(second class)" for teachers'reference.The first part:introduction.This paper expounds the research background and significance of this paper.Based on the international and domestic scales,it combs the research status of situation creation and current affairs hot spots,and makes a brief and comprehensive review of them,so as to clarify the research purpose,content,method and technical route.The second part:the definition of core concepts and theoretical basis.It defines three core concepts:situation creation,current affairs hot spots and high school geography teaching;This paper expounds the theoretical basis of this research:life education theory,Situational Cognition Theory,education communication theory,geography curriculum and teaching theory.The third part:the construction of classroom observation and evaluation scale of current affairs situation.This paper elaborates the purpose,principle,scientific basis,process and test results of the scale,and constructs the elassroom observation scale of high school geography teaching situation creation based on current events.The fourth part:the analysis of the current situation of hot teaching situation.Through the diagnostic scale,we found the following problems in current affairs situational teaching:weak situational goal orientation,unreasonable selection of current affairs hotspots,formalized use of current affairs hotspots,and the evaluation of situational effect needs to be improved.The reasons are as follows:Teachers' lack of control over current affairs hot spots;Teachers' teaching idea and ability are restricted.The fifth part:the principle analysis and optimization suggestions of current affairs hot teaching situation creation.Based on the principles of science and the times,subjectivity and emotion,geography and life,generation and literacy,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the creation and optimization of current affairs situation:clear teaching objectives,select suitable current affairs;Broaden information channels and track hot spots dynamically;Lay the regional background and coordinate the temporal and spatial changes;Create problem chain and immerse in current situation;Optimize the classroom presentation,multi-media teaching;Trigger high-level thinking,generate discipline literacy;Innovate the application mode and deeply explore the hot spots.The sixth part:the teaching application of current affairs hot situation creation.Taking the first section of the sixth chapter of compulsory 1(meteorological disasters(second class)and the third section of the fifth chapter of compulsory 2(examples of China's national development strategy(second class)of the people's education press of senior high school geography(2019 Edition)as examples,with the help of the principles and optimization suggestions proposed in the fifth chapter,this paper shows the teaching design cases.The seventh part:conclusion and prospect.This paper summarizes the conclusions of this study,reflects on the shortcomings of the research,and puts forward the direction of further research.
