"Uninspected life is not worth living." Socrates once said.Similarly,none of reflection teachers' living situation is difficult to say concern to teachers.In the current educational field,due to neglecting of guiding theory of life philosophy,teachers'survival situation has been dissimilated,and they have shown sign of exhaustion,negativity and alienation as a whole.The paper is mainly manifested in the following four aspects:The first part mainly expounds the theoretical support of the teacher's living situation in this article--life philosophy,that is,how the life philosophy became the fulcrum of the construction of the teacher's living environment.Philosophy of life holds that life has uniqueness,continuity,integrity,creativity,transcendence,and other qualities.These qualities are constantly concerned with the teachers' survival experience,living conditions,and the value of existence,which constitute the main content of teachers' survival situation.Therefore,the theory of life philosophy can become the basic point of reverting the survival of teachers.The second part mainly elaborates that due to the dissolution of the current philosophy of life,it leads to the alienation and depersonalization of the teacher's living environment.The main manifestations are the following three aspects:First,the"industrialization" of the teacher's occupation;Second,the annihilation of the uniqueness of the teacher;The last one is the fading of teachers' passion.The third part mainly analyzes the current reasons for the alienation of the teacher's living conditions.The main reasons are as follows:1.The utilitarianism education dismembers the integrity of the teacher's life;2.The closeness of the education field represses the teacher's freedom of life;3.Teacher pressure can not afford the teacher's life.The fourth part mainly elaborates the life philosophy to reverting,which is the inevitable choice to study and reconstruct the situation of teachers' survival.The main measures are reflected in the following aspects:First of all,disenchant the teacher's role and reposition the teacher's role.The establishment of teacher's role not only demonstrates the true life of teachers,but also highlights the value of teachers'professional life,it is necessary to link the nature of the teacher's life with professional life,shape the true and complete image of a teacher.Secondly,eliminate teachers' job burnout and improve teachers' living conditions.Whether it is the existence of natural life,spiritual life or social life,teachers' need must be satisfied in many aspects such as physical,psychological,social,physical and spiritual,whether they exist as natural life or spiritual life or social life.Only truly meet the various needs can really improve the quality of teachers,and enable teachers to poetically occupy this educational land.For the second time,standardize the modern education system and revitalize the vitality of teachers.Education is to stretch and perfect people.On the one hand,the education system should be built on the basis of respecting the needs of life,and it can manifest the free nature of life.The other hand,it should build on the significance of public education.Only in this way,the education system can bring out the vitality of teachers.Finally,as teachers,they must liberate themselves from closeness to openness.The closed education field makes teachers,life teaching activities closed.Therefore,teachers must emancipate themselves,move out of the closed room,increase understanding through open classrooms,external communication and cooperation,dialogue and communication and open themselves up,finally keep going beyond yourself.
