With the development of globalization and multiculturalism,the flow of population is becoming more and more frequent and the number of young people leaving their hometown to teach in the field is increasing.Living and working in a different place,these migrant young teachers will encounter a lot of difficulties,thus affecting their living conditions.This paper takes my work experience frontier minority areas of Yunnan from HuBei Province as a case study,using narrative research method to truly reproduce the living state of migrant teachers in ethnic minority areas.At the same time,combining with the theory of cultural identity typology,the author analyzes the theoretical reflection of migrant teachers' cultural identity,and finally considers the countermeasures to improve the living state of migrant teachers from the perspective of life philosophy.I hope to provide some help and guidance to the migrant teachers in the confusion.The paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly elaborated the research reason,the research present situation,the concept definition,the research theory foundation,the research object,the research goal and the research method.The second chapter to the fifth chapter states the first impression on the migrant areas,the integration in the "awkward" situation,the obtain of identify and the absence of identity,in order to show the living state of migrant teachers.Chapter 6th analyzes the three stages of cultural identity experienced by migrant teachers:cultural psychological bondage,cultural identity clarification,dualism and its influencing factors.Chapter 7th is a reflection on improving the living conditions of migrant teachers from the perspective of philosophy of life.
