China’s teriary education has made considerable progress.Colleging has been transformed from elite education to mass education in recent years.With the rapid development of social economic,teriary education and social practice are increasly linked.Against the backdrop of the social context,teriary education must keep the correct direction of running.And then teriary education should cultivate talent who are well-developed in moral,intellengence,sports,aesthetics.In addition,enhancing the efficience of ideological and political education aims to keep the correct direction.The construction of campus culture provides an alternative to allow the the ideological and political to function.How to improve efficience of ideological and political education by promoting campus culture becomes a widespread concern.By collecting relevant reference,the author explores relevant contents of campus culture construction and how to realise its ideological and political education function.After that,the author teases out connotation of culture and campus culture in university.Then the author expounds basic structure of campus culture which including material culture,spiritual culture,system culture and behavior culture.On this basis,the author discusses dialectical relationship between campus culture and ideological and political education.Besides,how can campus culture perform its ideological and political education function.Next,the author discusses its status and problems by questionnaires.Finally,the author affords suggestions to realise function of ideological and political education by campus culture.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly expounds the background,current situation,methods and ideas,the difficulties and innovation of the research.The second part is the summary of theory and definition of the core concepts.The part mainly analyzes the connotation that including basic composition and characteristics of culture and campus culture.Further more,the relationship between campus culture and ideological and political education.Finally,this paper points out the ideological and political education function of campus culture.The third part is the problems in construction of campus culture.Through questionnaires,the author discusses its status and problems.The fourth part points out better ways to realise the function of ideological and political by campus culture.It includes forth aspects that construction of confidence in our culture,adhereing to place people first,taking high moral values establishmennt and people cultivation and broadening area.The fifth part is the conclusion and forecast.It will be significant to study campus culture in university for nowdays ideological and political education,hoping to have some role in promoting theory research.
