With the continuous development of our country's economy and society and the gradual increase in leisure time,people are paying more and more attention to health management.The changes in health and consumption concepts making China's fitness and leisure industry develop quickly.As an important part of China's sports industry,fitness and leisure industry's boom can not only improve the overall quality of our nation,But also plays a key role in the development of sports industry in China.As an electronic business model,O2 O through online and offline's collaboration to promote the deep integration of traditional industry and Internet.It has been widely used in the fitness and leisure industry,While this model promotes the development of fitness and leisure industry,there are also many problems.But in the present situation,our country's fitness resources are insufficient and the supply contradiction is prominent,The participation of the Internet is the key breakthrough in solving this contradiction,So of great significance to the development of fitness and leisure industry to based on the research on the development of Chinese fitness leisure industry in the context of O2 O,analyses the existing obstacles and then provide a solution.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Although China's fitness and leisure market has initially formed a market structure with multiple subjects and multiple products and services,but the competition pattern is dispersed,leading enterprises are lacking.(2)National Fitness consumption,site facilities,clubs and employees have been developed,But there are still some problems,such as small scale,low level,insufficient management,and so on.(3)The development of O2 O model in China's fitness and leisure industry has a good policy,economic,social and scientific environment.(4)Based on the study of Bear run,Keep,plump,this paper found that the key to the successful application of O2 O model is to make a full investigation,clear the position of the enterprise,and return to the service of the product.(5)there are less resources in the offline field,less open level,immature fitness consumption habits,the difference of venue information level and so on has hindered the development of O2 O mode in China's fitness and leisure industry.Suggestions are made as follows:(1)To fully develop and utilize the resources under the line,and to carry out the online management system,At the same time,according to the different businesses and consumers to implement the layered service,accurate service.(2)Construct O2 O closed loop to form demand growth cycle,at the same time in service management,improve value-added products,enhance the profit point.(3)Improve the feedback mechanism of the platform,and using the internet big data and cloud computing to filter,analyze and evaluate feedback timely,and enhance the satisfaction degree of customers.(4)Strict fitness instructor access mechanism,and make full use of the school sports students and retired athletes(5)clear subsidy party,providing various factors,and adopt varied forms to enhance the subsidy effect.Innovative marketing means.
