Study On The Employment Value Orientation Of College Students In The New Era From The Perspective Of Marx's View Of Career Choice

Nowdays,the college students in the new era are becoming a new force in the workplace.Their orientation of employment value directly affects the job market,the flow of talents and the direction of the future development of our country.As a new era of college students are growing up in the "Internet plus" generation,They have the spirit of "dare to think,,dare to break,dare to fight".Now,the employment channel is diversification,and their tentrepreneurial awareness is reinforce.these factors are undoubtedly of great significance to solve the employment problem of our country.Nevertheless,under the influence of the rapid development of market economy,some college students are too high in pursuit of high salary and high welfare.However,they neglect the matching of their actual abilities and job demands,which leads to lose their job,anxiety and confusion.Some other students influenced by the traditional idea of stability,show the characteristics of the pursuit of stability and near home.To a certain extent,these college students fail to have a job in the orientation of employment value.In nineteen report,general secretary XiJinping emphasized that "employment is the biggest livelihood of the people".Guiding well the employment value orientation of college graduates is of great significance for solving the employment problem in China.This passsage is based on Marx's occupation choice theory as thetheoretical basis,through the questionnaire survey about the form characteristics of the new era university students' employment value orientation,explore the influence factors of College Students' employment value orientation,finally put forward guidance idea by Marx's occupation choice view.Such as grasp the choice of occupation of the new era,create a good social atmosphere for the choice of occupation,the formation of the value orientation of employment and improving the quality of students,which are benefit of the solving the employment problem of college students in China and has an important guiding role to promote the practice of college students into the "Two centenary" goals.
