To the kindergarten teachers, there are important management values to teach the children consciously abide the kindergarten activities order; to the children, it is a Important process to acquire social norms and standards and transformation from "natural person" to "society person" . through the content of Rules, The basis of formulation, the way of generation, the study observe the present situation of kindergarten rules education of daily life activities in kindergarten, explore the education concept hidden in the rules education, find the existing problems, and finally puts forward suggestions and opinions for the rule education of the kindergartens.According to principle of combining qualitative and quantitative and induction and analysis , On this basis using data model and statistical analysis software, we find that there are six problems of rule education in the daily life of kindergarten as the following:1. The distribution of the content of Rules is not reasonable: such as paying excessive attention on education of the rules of live, the rules of public , but ignoring the communication and moral of children.2. The distribution of the tache of Rules is not reasonable: such There are too much requirements on dine and conversion of activities, ignoring the initiative development of children.3. The generation method of Rules is not scientific: such as there are more rules of commanded than rules of advocated, and it does not advantage the development of Independent conscious of children; there are far more despotism rules than authorized rules, and it ignore the Rights of Speak and participation rights of children. 4. Whether education idea, or education mode, there are significant gap between public kindergarten and private kindergarten.According to the result of data analysis and the education practice of rules in the activities of daily life of kindergarten, In the part of countermeasures and suggestion, we offer the proposal as following:1. For the purpose of"Respect the nature of children", when the teacher set the class rules, they should respect the initiative of children and the children should be the master of setting the class rules.2.
