The distribution of the content of Rules is not reasonable: such as paying excessive attention on education of the rules of live, the rules of public , but ignoring the communication and moral of children.2. The distribution of the tache of Rules is not reasonable: such There are too much requirements on dine and conversion of activities, ignoring the initiative development of children.3. The generation method of Rules is not scientific: such as there are more rules of commanded than rules of advocated, and it does not advantage the development of Independent conscious of children; there are far more despotism rules than authorized rules, and it ignore the Rights of Speak and participation rights of children. 4. Whether education idea, or education mode, there are significant gap between public kindergarten and private kindergarten.According to the result of data analysis and the education practice of rules in the activities of daily life of kindergarten, In the part of countermeasures and suggestion, we offer the proposal as following:1. For the purpose of"Respect the nature of children", when the teacher set the class rules, they should respect the initiative of children and the children should be the master of setting the class rules.2. With "internalize" for preschool consciousness of rules in education, including rules aim to change the rules of education purpose educators know, choice of reasonable "rules internalization" content and adopt scientific children "internalize" modes.
