Since the founding of new China,with the continuous progress of curriculum reform,the compilation of textbooks has gradually matured.After the new curriculum reform,the A edition textbooks of People's Education Press at the beginning of each chapter has gained the pictures previous to the chapter(PPC)and the sentences previous to the chapter(SPC),as a chapter of "advance organizer".Their function is to explain the content of this chapter,"why learn this","what to learn" and "how to learn".However,the first line teachers don't pay more attention to this content,in the actual teaching.So,in order to promote the teacher's ability to control the textbooks and students more efficient learning,it is necessary to study them.This article includes seven parts.The first part:Introduction.It briefly introduces research background,research significance and research questions.The second part:Literature review.Firstly,the present situation of the textbook analysis,PPC and SPC are briefly summarized.Then,the relevant core concepts are defined.The third part:Research design.This part presents the research object,the research method of the research object and the research framework.The fourth part:Analysis of PPC and SPC.First of all,the basic composition of PPC and SPC is explained in brief words,and interpret the PPC,specially.Then,the dominant characteristics of mathematics knowledge are analyzed from four aspects:the practicality of mathematics knowledge,the logic of knowledge,the point of method and the main line of knowledge;Finally,their recessive characteristics are discussed from the aspects of the editors' intention,the mathematical culture and the education of moral education.The fifth part:Questionnaire survey and result analysis.Point out the existing problems in the current classroom teaching by communicating with colleagues,classroom observation and questionnaire survey,then explains the causes of these problems.The sixth part:Conclusion of the research and suggestion.The analysis of PPC,SPC and application research conclusions are given,and suggestions from different aspects are given.Finally,the teaching case is provided.The last part:Conclusion.The research work is summarized,and points out the shortcomings of the research.At last,further improvement is expected.
