On The Construction Of College Counselor's Discourse System In The Perspective Of Setting Up Morals And Building Up Humans

The stronger the education,the stronger the country.The palmier the education,the palmier the country.To run better a socialist university and to follow better the development road of higher education with Chinese characteristics,the counselors'work team cannot be overlooked from the working group in the university frontline.The probe into the discourse rights of college counselors under the condition of setting high moral values and cultivating person originates from the thinking of the position and function of the instructor-group in the College Working Group.Through observation and investigation we have found that although college counselors are an indispensable part of college teachers,a very important member of the ideological and political work team of college students,and the instructors and communicators of the higher education thought and instruction.However,at present,college counselors in China are confronted with serious lack of discourse roles,and with an off-normal state of poor discourse contents.On the one hand,college counselors must show rather a mature character and an advanced ability to control the class in front of students,on the other hand,they are simply the communicators of the Upper School and the deliverers of the mass consciousness of social education.There is little chance and space for them to speak or even shout for themselves.Therefore,combining the special requirements of the setting high moral values and cultivating person with the professional mission of the counselors,the current situation of distorting,fatigue,and inefficiency in the instructor's discourse system is currently being explored as a countermeasure.It has strong practicality and pertinence.This paper is based on the scientific combination of setting high moral values and cultivating person with the university counselors ' discourse rights.In addition to the introduction,it is divided into three parts.The first part mainly expounds the basic connotation of the construction of college counselors 'discourse system based on setting high moral values and cultivating person,and further expounds the new requirements for the construction of the current counselor's discourse system in setting high moral values and cultivating person,which points out the direction for the current instructor's discourse system construction.The second part discusses the situation of the construction of the college counselors ' discourse system under the current situation of setting high moral values and cultivating person,and analyses the difficulties of the constraints that the current counselor' discourse system has to face.The third part is that,on the premise of summarizing the problems,this paper puts forward the basic conception and the principle path for the construction of the College counselor's discourse system to implement setting high moral values and cultivating person.Based on the principle of the construction of the counselor's discourse system,we will structure a college counselors'discourse system which is persuasive and influential,explanatory and penetrating,appealing and affectionate.
