The Study Of College Counsellors' Self-disclosure In The Application Of Ideological And Political Education

Self-disclosure is the process by which an individual conveys information about himself to another person,it is an important way of interpersonal communication in psychology.College counselor is the leading role of college students' ideological and political education,and its self-disclosure have an important influence on the development of college students' ideological and political education.Thus,we can combine the self-disclosure to counselor's ideological and political education,study the positive influence of college counsellors' self-disclosure in the process of ideological and political education,and through the interview method to investigate and analyze the status of college counselors' self-disclosure.Then,analyze the reasons that restrict college counselors' self-disclosure.Finally,trying to take measures to improve counselors' self-disclosure,so it can provide a scientific reference for ideological and political education of college counselor in the new era.This paper is divided into five parts as follows:The first part is an overview of self-disclosure of college counselors.Firstly,explaining the concept of college counselor self-disclosure.Secondly,classifying the college counselors' self-disclosure from different perspectives,Lastly,according to the special roles of college counselors,we can summarize the characteristics of college counselors' self-disclosure.The second part is the necessity of college counselors' self-disclosure in ideological and political education.Counselors' self-disclosure is helpful to promote the full development of teachers and students;Helping to innovate the way of ideological and political education;it can enhance the effect of ideological and political education and improve the vitality of ideological and political education.The third part is to investigate the status of counselors' self-disclosure.Through the interview method to investigate and analyze the status of college counselors'self-disclosure.We can find that college counselors are not familiar with self-disclosure,and it is uncommon to make self-disclosure during the work time,what's more,it may include unreasonable content about self-disclosure.The fourth part analyzes the reasons that restrict the self-disclosure of college counselors.Through analysis,we can found that the traditional education culture,the environment of ideological and political education in colleges,the comprehensive quality of educators,and the characteristics of educators constrained the self-disclosure of college counselors.The fifth part is the measures to improve the counselors' self-disclosure.This part is to improve counselors' self-disclosure from the aspects of education culture,new environment of ideological and political education,comprehensive quality of counselors,and self-education of college students.To achieve a better development of ideological and political education.
