The rapid development of information technology has brought great changes to the film and television media industry at home and abroad.At the same time,it also puts forward new requirements for film and television media practitioners.However,at present,the graduates trained by domestic film and television media colleges and universities can not effectively meet the needs of the industry for professionals.In order to alleviate the contradiction between the supply side of talent training and the demand side of the industry,the State Council has successively issued several documents such as “Several Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Industry and Education”,“National Pilot Implementation Plan for the Construction of the Integration of Industry and Education”and other documents,aiming to effectively solve the problems of graduates employment difficulties and enterprises difficulty in recruiting people through the integration of industry and education,promote the healthy development of higher education,promote economic transformation and upgrading,and promote coordinated economic and social development.Based on the “stakeholder” theory,this study analyzes how film and television media private colleges and universities coordinate the interest demands of various stakeholders,in order to more effectively promote the integration of industry and education and cultivate high-quality applied talents.Firstly,the current industry education integration of film and television media private colleges and universities is summarized into two main modes: “group running school” and “industrial park”;then,through the literature combing index system,the questionnaire “Implementation Status of Industry and Education Integration in Film and Television Media Private Colleges and Universities” was formulated to quantitatively analyze the operation status,investment status,support status and effect evaluation of industry education integration in some film and television media private colleges and universities,so as to describe the implementation status;Secondly,through the interview outline of the “Implementation Mode of Industry-Education Integration in Private Colleges and Universities in Film and Television Media”,it conducts qualitative research on typical cases of the “group running school” mode and the“industrial park” mode,extracts its main characteristics and practical results,and further explores and reveal the deep-seated reasons behind the mode;Finally,summarizes the research conclusions of the two main modes of the integration of industry and education,and puts forward policy suggestions to provide data and theoretical reference for other colleges and universities.This study found that the “group running school” mode and the “industrial park”mode have the following practical results:(1)The Group and the Industrial Park have leveraged their human resources advantages to build a platform for the integration of industry and education with the school to achieve a positive interaction between industry and education;(2)Relying on the resources of the group and the industrial park,the school closely connects the industry and promotes the deep integration of industry and education;(3)With the professional construction as the link and the cooperative education as the core,the symbiosis and mutual integration of the school and the group,the school and the industrial park have been realized.The shortcomings of the two modes mainly include:(1)From the perspective of university investment,the main body of fund investment in the “group running school” mode is single,the application-oriented characteristics of the teaching staff are not obvious,the personnel system and scientific research creation system are not perfect;the “industrial park” mode needs to increase investment in the integration of industry and education,and the “double-qualified”teachers need to be strengthened.(2)From the perspective of industry enterprise support,the “group running school” mode is not deep enough in the collaborative education of industry and education,and the assessment subject is relatively single;in the “industrial park” mode,some enterprises lack the motivation to participate,and the quality of talent training needs to be improved.(3)From the perspective of government support,the relevant supporting policies and institutional guarantees of the “group running school”mode are not perfect,and the government’s continuous support is not enough;the organization mechanism of the “industrial park” mode is not perfect,and the implementation of policies needs to be further in place.In view of these current situations,practical achievements and deficiencies,the following policy suggestions are put forward:(1)For schools,it is necessary to increase the investment in the integration of industry and education,attract enterprises to invest in the integration of industry and education in schools,and establish a high-quality “double-qualified” teaching team to ensure the quality of talent training;(2)For enterprises,they should take themselves as the first subject of talent training,and jointly implement industry and education collaborative education with schools in all aspects;(3)For the government,it is necessary to improve the supporting policies for the integration of industry and education,and increase the continuous support for supporting policies,improve the organization mechanism and performance evaluation mechanism,and strengthen the responsibility restraint mechanism to ensure the sustainable development of the integration of industry and education;(4)As the main beneficiaries of the integration of industry and education,students should attach importance to practical courses and increase their awareness of actively participating in the integration of industry and education.
