Abstract/Summary:
As the economy of China gradually steps into the new normal,“Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation” has become the new engine of economic growth.Meanwhile,the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has been given an inescapable historical responsibility.As the cradle of cultivating high-level talents of the minorities in China,ethnic universities and colleges are facing the double test of both the increasingly severe employment situation of college students and the economic transformation and upgrading of national economy.What has currently placed in front of ethnic universities and colleges is how to innovate ideas to catch up with the development of entrepreneurship education,to cultivate a large number of high-quality entrepreneurial talents,to support the minorities’ regional economy and development of new formats,then promoting the minority areas’ digging of traditional kinetic energy and fostering of new energy.Entrepreneurship education in ethnic universities and colleges started late.In recent years,encouraged by levels of government especially the central government of a number of policy documents,entrepreneurship education of ethnic universities and colleges has made some progress by making a series of theoretical and practical exploration.But on the whole,it’s still in the initial stage.It’s difficult to meet the new production development of the minorities and cultivate new energy reality demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents.At present,the development of national college entrepreneurship education is not only facing the stock shortage of entrepreneurship education resources,but it also faced with the extreme distribution of resources and extremely low of educational performance.It is difficult to form an effective force.It’s not only highly important and urgent to increase investment of entrepreneurship education resources in ethnic universities and colleges,promote the integration of entrepreneurship education resources and enhance the entrepreneurial education performance.Based on the actual entrepreneurship education in ethnic universities and colleges,the paper collects a large number of students entrepreneurial intention and expert opinions in the typical ethnic universities and colleges as one-hand or second-hand data about college students’ entrepreneurship,the development of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship education resources integration.At the same time,grasping the overall situation of national college entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship education resources integration,the paper uses the method of game analysis to analyze the main problems of national college entrepreneurship education resources integration and its specific characteristics,in order to explore the unique patterns and specific measures in the national college entrepreneurship education resources’ integration.Therefore,this paper will be given the following research significance:I.Fusing the entrepreneurship education into national education and professional education analysis,this paper researches the resources integration of entrepreneurship education in ethnic universities and colleges for the first time to enrich the theory of ethnic education and look for new theoretical support for ethnic universities and colleges’ entrepreneurship education,which has a certain theoretical value;II.This paper analyzes the obvious problems of entrepreneurship education resources integration in ethnic universities and colleges and puts forward the integration mode of entrepreneurial resources and strong policy advice package,which not only provides reference for deepening the reform of entrepreneurship education in ethnic universities and colleges,entrepreneurship education mode innovation,enhance the entrepreneurial education performance,but it also gives some help on making decision for the State Ethnic Affairs Commission,the Ministry of Education and other relevant ministries to formulate and improve ethnic universities and colleges students entrepreneurship education and policy reference,which has certain practical significance.In order to study the realistic problems faced by the ethnic universities and colleges entrepreneurship resources integration,this paper firstly sorts out the relevant theories of the entrepreneurship education resources integration in Ethnic Universities,and try to build a theoretical framework for the integration of entrepreneurship education resources in ethnic universities and colleges.Secondly,this paper investigates the present situation of entrepreneurship education resources integration in ethnic universities and colleges.On this basis,the paper makes an empirical analysis of entrepreneurship education in ethnic universities and colleges,using the game analysis tool of interest analysis resources in the process of integration.Then,it explores the successful experience of entrepreneurship education development at home and abroad and the practice enlightenment for development of entrepreneurship education in ethnic universities and colleges.Again,it tries to put forward the idea of resource integration model of entrepreneurship education in ethnic universities and colleges.Finally,it puts forward some policy recommendations to promote the entrepreneurship education resources integration in ethnic universities and colleges under the new situation.This paper attempts to innovate in the following aspects:I.Fusing the entrepreneurship education into the national education and professional education analysis,this paper researches the resources integration of entrepreneurship education in ethnic universities and colleges for the first time and puts forward the innovation mode of entrepreneurship education resources integration in ethnic universities and colleges to enrich the theory of ethnic education and look for new theoretical support for ethnic universities and colleges’ entrepreneurship education,which has a certain theoretical innovationII.Based on the empirical study,institutional analysis and the game analysis,the paper tries to construct a practical model of entrepreneurship education resources integration in ethnic universities and colleges and puts forward the integration mode of entrepreneurial resources and strong policy advice package,which not only provides reference for deepening the reform of entrepreneurship education in ethnic universities and colleges,entrepreneurship education mode innovation,enhancing the entrepreneurial education performance,but it also gives some help on making decision for the State Ethnic Affairs Commission,the Ministry of Education and other relevant ministries to formulate and improve the ethnic universities and colleges students entrepreneurship education and policy reference,which has a certain degree of innovation.III.The paper uses the game analysis tool to analyze problems of entrepreneurship education resources integration in ethnic universities and colleges for the first time,it embodies the innovation of research methods.
