Design And Development Of A Blending Teaching Support Platform For Personalized Learning

Blended learning,which is a combination of online learning and offline teaching,is based on the development of online learning.The blended learning model pays more attention to the learner's individual characteristics.It also has the advantages of autonomy and personalized demand.Designing and developing the blended teaching support platform is a beneficial method to integrated offline teaching and online learning.The platform providing more scientific and timely feedback to the teachers,making teaching activities more targeted and helping to improve teaching practices efficiency and effectiveness.The platform is aimed to satisfy the demand of blended learning that mainly focused on offline teaching and supplemented by online learning.For instance,the intelligent learning system records and analyzes students' learning situation and visually presents analysis results to the teachers through data visualization.Meanwhile,the teachers adjust the teaching plan and strategy according to the system feedback.The teachers can also carry out individualized guidance according to the student's learning results.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Completing the functional requirements analysis of the blended teaching support platform.The platform revolves around personalized learning demand and aims to provide supplementary services for teaching and learning.Analyze the functional requirements of the system from the aspects of teaching analysis,teaching evaluation,teaching process,and teaching feedback.(2)On the basis of the division of functional modules,the web pages and database of the blended teaching support platform are designed.According to the characteristics of blended learning,which emphasizes teaching evaluation and feedback in the process of teaching design,the class designed is divided into three parts:before class,in class and after class.It focused more on the students' staged evaluation and learning record analysis in each learning section.According to the support platform functional requirements,the design of the database was completed.(3)The development of the blended teaching support platform was realized.In addition,the simulation test and performance test of the blended teaching support platform were completed.The test results indicate that the system is compatible with dominant browsers,the main performance indicators can satisfied the,teaching demands.This paper elaborates on the design and development process of the personalized learning support platform for a blended teaching.It emphasizes the crucial functions of personalized learning in a blended teaching environment.The development platform can provide technical references for the development of blended teaching to some extent.
