As the basic subject of cultivating information literacy,it course can help deaf students to acquire basic information technology knowledge and cultivate the ability of acquiring,transmitting,processing and applying information.To promote the teaching quality of information technology courses and to introduce advanced technical means into information technology courses is beneficial to achieve the educational goal of curriculum setting,to embody the value of courses,to promote the development of curriculum connotation and to deepen curriculum construction,especially for special schools with disabilities,and to adopt targeted teaching strategies.Improving the teaching quality of information Technology course,the curriculum advantage of information technology can be fully developed,which is beneficial to the design of learning task activities,the organic interaction between teachers and students,the enrichment of teaching support resources,and the organization and systematization of classroom teaching,so as to improve classroom teaching efficiency,improve classroom teaching quality and develop students ' information accomplishment,In favor of deaf students,the formation of lifelong learning,cooperative learning ability,to integrate into society,to achieve self-development lay the foundation.Based on this,this paper,based on the relevant research,this paper analyzes the basic concept of participatory teaching in the information Technology course of the Deaf school,and expounds the theoretical basis of the participatory teaching of information technology course in the Deaf school from the perspective of humanism,cognition and constructivism.It shows the practical significance of awakening Deaf students 'subjective consciousness.Based on a deaf school,this paper investigates the present situation of information technology teaching by using a self-designed questionnaire,analyses the present situation of the motivation analysis of the Learning Information Technology course,and reflects on the deficiencies of the 10.On this basis,the improvement measures are put forward from the following aspects,one is to adhere to the life-oriented,scientifically set the task goal of participation,highlight its effectiveness,level,development,political,the second is to stimulate individual vitality,carefully designed to participate in the activities of the content,so that its "taste","degree","selective","there is white";Effectively promote the participation of management guidance,strengthen the deaf students subject,life infiltration,problem-oriented,group cooperation.Strengthening the construction of resources,improving teaching evaluation and promoting the construction of environment and teachers.The author combines work thinking and management experience,this paper presents the relevant problems of information technology teaching in the Deaf school,which is helpful to put forward the pertinent educational countermeasures,promote the teaching of information technology in the Deaf school,improve the teaching quality of the information Technology course in the Deaf school,realize the goal of the information technology to help the students to promote the information literacy,For its better adaptation and return to the community to provide a strong support.
