The human being began to enter the information society in the 1990s.The IT plays moreand more important role in the development of the society. We believe the society will bemuch higher information in the 21 century following the history. The education must keepdevelopment of the society and serve the society. The School for Deaf-mutes offers coursesabout IT and the IT courses become popular. That is regarded as the core about the ITeducation.This passage bases on the construction doctrine. It sums up goal, principle, content,plan, suggestion and appraisal about the IT courses through the analyse and researchabout the IT courses' beginning ,development , use in the school for deaf-mutes.The IT courses foster new generation citizen with information accomplishment becauseof the needs of the times. It will be finished following in order and advance step by step aswell as according to the real needs of the students and the differences in all parts of the school.In the teaching, The teachers must choose good teaching contents and methods to suit thestudents' physiology and psychology according to the general and specific character of theirphysically and mentally development. They must bring the initiative of the students into fullplay and pay great attention to communicate with the students in class.
