The ultimate goal of teaching is to enable students to solve all kinds of problems autonomously.As a basic science course,cultivating and improving students'problem-solving ability has become one of the important goals of chemistry teaching.Students' problem-solving ability not only affects their academic achievement,but also their lifelong learning ability especially the students with chemistry learning difficulties,so it is necessary to investigate the chemistry problem solving ability of senior high school students,and find out the reasons for the problem solving ability of the students with learning difficulties and their transformation strategies.Through literature review,this study analyzes the research background and significance of the problems,synthesizes the existing research theories,and explores the students' ability to solve chemical problems by questionnaire.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,the transformation strategies are put forward from the aspects of improving the students'interest in learning,improving the knowledge structure,learning problem-solving methods and strategies,improving the information processing water,improving the level of metacognition and so on.This paper can be divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction.This paper reviews the theories of learning difficulties and problem solving ability,and introduces the purpose,contents and methods of the research.The second part is the definition of the concept and theoretical research.This paper mainly defines the concepts of students with learning difficulties and problem solving.After summarizing the connotation,psychological mechanism and influencing factors of problem solving,five components of the ability of solving chemical problems are constructed:cognitive interest,knowledge,and so on.Methods Strategy,information processing,metacognition,and based on this,the questionnaire of Senior High School students' Chemistry problem solving ability was compiled.The third part is the current situation investigation.This paper makes a questionnaire survey and data analysis on the problem solving ability of a senior high school in Wuhan,Hubei Province.In this paper,the author selects some students' thinking process of using acoustic thinking method to investigate the problem solving,and applies the concept map method to investigate the structuralization degree of declarative knowledge.It is found that there is a big gap between the problem solving ability of the students with learning difficulties and those of the secondary students and the excellent students,especially in the aspects of knowledge,methods and strategies.The fourth part is the countermeasures to improve the ability of problem solving.According to the results of the investigation,combined with the characteristics of high school students' psychological development and chemistry,the transformation strategy is put forward.(1)improving students' cognitive interest(2)improving the structural level of subject knowledge;(3)teaching students the strategies of problem-solving;(5)improving the metacognitive level of chemical problem-solving and so on;Finally,the current situation of chemistry problem solving ability of senior high school students is analyzed and summarized,the strategies put forward are analyzed and the shortcomings of this study are carefully reflected.
