This paper adopts the methods of literature,investigation,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and comparative analysis.The coaches and athletes of 21 men’s basketball teams and 11 women’s teams participating in the 2017 Tianjin CUBA Sunshine Group qualifier were investigated.This paper studies Tianjin CUBA Sunshine Basketball team from the aspects of team management,basic personnel situation,condition guarantee,team culture and training participation,and draws the following conclusions:1 In Tianjin CUBA Sunshine Group basketball team,The structure of a coach is not reasonable,the distribution of coaches’ age structure is more reasonable,but Gender imbalance.Master’s degree is master’s degree.Undergraduate and doctoral students are complementary.The title structure is supplemented by lecturers,teaching assistants and professors.Most of the majors are sports professional basketball,which block the development path of other professional basketball talents,and lack of high level sports experience.The trainer’s desire to receive training is strong,but for various reasons,the number of learning and training cannot meet the ideal requirements.The selection process of athletes has subjective color,lack of objective evaluation form,learning and training conflicts still exist,and there are differences in the motivations of male and female athletes.2 In the training and competition of Tianjin CUBA Sunshine Basketball team,the training plan lacks the science department and system,and the coaches have strong subjectivity in making the training plan.The content and means of training are too single and lack of innovation.The number and quality of competition also limit the overall development of athletes.3 In the management of Tianjin CUBA basketball team,the goal of team building is more in line with the actual situation,but the management mode of the team is too single.The main sports departments are mainly lack of multi-department cooperative management.The incentive mechanism of the team is too biased towards external motivation,and the team lacks self-propaganda,which is not conducive to the long-term development of the team.4 Tianjin CUBA sunshine group basketball team condition guarantee.There are many ways to use funds,but the sources are relatively simple.Just rely on school funding to maintain it.There are defects in the training ground equipment.Most teams only have outdoor plastic fields,lack of indoor training hall and the construction of the competition hall,and the system of site use needs to be improved.The school related leadership has little attention to the healthy diet of the athletes in the team.5 The cultural construction of Tianjin CUBA Sunshine Basketball team has not been attached importance to by coaches and athletes,and the lack of material culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture of the team is more serious.
