Current Situation And Countermeasures In Shandong Province CUBA Men's Basketball Team

The first Chinese University Basketball Association began in1998. After13years of development, CUBA has become the most popular event in China’s colleges. In the following paper, I use the literature study, questionnaire survey, interviews with experts, and mathematical statistics, research methods, to investigate the status of the Shandong Province CUBA men’s basketball team, from the basic status of the province of college men basketball team, coaches status, athlete status, training study and the game status and learning situation, in order to promote the province’s college basketball team’s fast, steady and healthy development of the constructive comments and suggestions, and at the same time to provide a theoretical reference and a basis for the relevant decision-making departments.The paper has formed the following conclusions:①management model is obsolete, training targeting is in deviation②enrollment system has lagged far behind the students③psychological training is still the weak the weak point and the use of resume training means is still inadequate④school training problems have yet to solve which is still not prominent⑤single source of funding, severe capital shortage⑥training conditions need to be improved, facilities and equipment need to strengthened further⑦coaches re-education has just started while the professional proportion is still low.The study proposes the following measures:①accelerate the pace of structural reform of university management, repositioning the training objectives;②the introduction of supporting admissions policies, widening the steady grasp of students channel;(3) to enhance the scientific focus training on mental methods;④innovation training policy focus to resolve the contradiction between learning and training;⑤rapid advance of the college basketball career, industry, market, social development, multi-channel fund-raising;⑥speed up the training conditions to improve and enhance the level of training and technical innovation;⑦through re-education to improve coaches comprehensive quality, and comprehensively promote the full-time development.
