Wushu is the quintessence of Chinese nation,and it is the precious treasure that the forefathers left for us.Numerous,extensive and profound content of Chinese wushu,basic covers all aspects of practice in the crowd,but in view of the children in this area,its content is relatively small,facilitate children's learning,accept the content of the martial arts is very limited,currently on the market of children wushu teaching content is few,how the plait infant formula for children's martial arts education plays an important role.Children are the future of our motherland.Their cognition and ability determine the future direction of Chinese society.Focus on the children's martial arts education,whether for the development of children themselves,or the inheritance and promotion of martial arts have a great push.Therefore,this study focuses on the creation of children's martial arts routines,and explores how to make children's martial arts education.This article uses the literature material method,interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics methods such as the concept of children's wushu,wushu,young children's age definition,young children's physical and mental development characteristics,the development of children's martial arts and other aspects were summarized;To the "kindergarten guidelines" and "regulations of the kindergarten work" as the prerequisite,in accordance with the law of children's physical and mental development and the motion law on children's wushu martial arts plait,and by the plait of the routine experiment analysis and evaluate the teaching effect of the plait routines.The results suggest that:(1)Through the investigation of the creation of the routine "Sheng Xiao Quan",it was found that the children's martial arts routine "Sheng Xiao Quan" was deeply loved by young children and was recognized by kindergarten teachers and parents.At present,there are not many research contents on young children's martial arts.When creating and compiling young children's martial arts routines,they can adhere to the guiding ideology of "Lewu Qiangshen" and uphold the principles of "conforming to the laws of physical and mental development of young children,the principles of interest,and the principles of attack.".(2)In teaching martial arts routines with young children as the object of teaching,we must pay attention to the particularity of the physical and mental development of young children.To establish the correct teaching concept of learning Wuguan "can be used as the teaching concept in the teaching of young children's martial arts;The combination of group and group teaching,as well as individual and interspersed practice,can help young children master technical movements and keep their interest in martial arts for a long time.(3)From the data of the physical fitness index test,it can be seen that after a period of martial arts learning,young children have improved in terms of flexibility,balance,sensitivity,and strength,indicating that learning through the "Sheng Xiao Quan" can promote the improvement of young children's physical quality.
