A Research On Tne Problems And Countermeasures In The Adminstrative Administration Of Primary And Secondary Education In Wuzhong District

Education administration is the organization,management,and leadership of the state authority for the purpose of education,according to certain policies,to the education work.Wuzhong District Education Administration Department,with the goal of creating a demonstration zone for educational modernization in southern Jiangsu,continuously strengthened education administration in primary and secondary schools.The regional education environment was further optimized and the core competitiveness of education was comprehensively promoted.Wuzhong District has a total of 63 kindergartens,47 primary schools,19 junior high schools,6 high schools,6 technical secondary schools,and 2 national community education demonstration towns.There are 1804 full-time kindergarten teachers,3,517 full-time elementary school teachers,and junior high schools.There are 1,496 full-time teachers,905 full-time high school teachers,429 full-time vocational teachers,and 24 full-time teachers,and the number of students in various types is 137258.In recent years,the Wuzhong District Education Administration Department has set the goal of “Education for Satisfying the People”,improving education quality as the top priority,education reform as the driving force,team building as the starting point,and strengthening teaching and research as the breakthrough point.In primary and secondary education administration,we have gained experience in promoting the reform of the personnel training model,improving the overall quality of the teaching staff,strengthening the construction of the teacher team through strict management of the teacher,managing the support of the branch support education project,and conducting research on the alliance.However,due to the poor overall quality of education administrators,the ineffectiveness of educational administrative departments,the lack of theoretical research,and the singleness of educational administrative evaluation and supervision mechanisms,Wuzhong District's primary and secondary education administrations are in the education administration team and education administration system.There are still many problems in the supervision of education and administration.Therefore,we must establish a scientific concept of educational administration,change the functions of education administrative departments,improve the construction of educational administration,advance the reform of the education personnel system,improve the educational administrative working environment,and strengthen the legal system for education administration,so as to achieve "education of the people's satisfaction",meet the demands of modernization construction of the new era and the increasing diversification of education demands of the people.
