Study On Social Work Of Elderly Daycare Service

The aging situation in guangzhou is getting more and more serious,showing the characteristics of high speed,high age and empty nest.Guangzhou has made an early attempt to improve the pension service system.The community day care service is a new type of community care model between family pension and institutional pension.It not only gets rid of the rigid pension model of institutional pension mechanism,but also satisfies the needs of the elderly who generally hold the traditional pension concept and are unwilling to leave the familiar community and neighborhood.This study takes the form of questionnaire and interview to daytime torre Y community service centre staff and the community residents as the research object,the study found that exist in community service center of daytime torre service content of a single,lack of professional skills in work,lack of supervision and evaluation system,etc.This research according to the theory of community care and social support network theory as the instruction,try from the community day care service center service content and method,discuss the mechanism of intervention of social work service.On this basis,the author from the professional values of social work,accurate assessment director needs,intensify professional service personnel training,integration of social resources to promote cross-sectoral cross-industry cooperation for the sustainable development of guangzhou daily care positive advice,encourage community geriatric social work service towards scientific and professional direction.
