The ex-situ poverty alleviation and relocation is an anti-poverty strategy implemented in China under the condition of “one side can't support one person”.Its purpose is to move people in remote mountainous areas to areas with good development conditions to achieve poverty alleviation and become prosperous and prosperous.The concept of ex-situ poverty alleviation and relocation is "I can move,be stable,do something,and get rich." “Stable and stable” is a key step.Compared with middle-aged and young people,elderly people live in rural areas for a long time,have a low education level,and are weak in accepting and adapting to new things.Adaptation is in a weak position.In the new resettlement community,due to employment reasons,most young people still go out to work,which inevitably results in the resident population in the community being the elderly and children;the elderly will not adapt to life in the new community.Affect the quality of life of the entire family.Therefore,it is necessary to use the power of social work to help the elderly adapt to the lifestyle of the relocated community as soon as possible.The author's research location is in a poverty alleviation,relocation and resettlement community in City A.The author intervenes in the social interaction,leisure mode,and cultural life style of the elderly by way of internship in the social work agency in the station.It is implemented as a group work method,while leisure and cultural lifestyles are implemented through community work.Among the three elements of intervention,with the social communication ability of the elderly as the core,after the intervention,the elderly have expanded social interaction in the new environment in the process of learning to use home appliances,and formed a pair in the new environment.Social support network for the elderly;mutual help teams are also formed among the elderly,through which community activities enable the elderly to be more active in community activities,enriching the leisure activities and spiritual and cultural life of the elderly.Through the involvement of social interaction,leisure lifestyle and spiritual and cultural lifestyle,the recognition of the elderly to the community has been improved,and the elderly's adaptation to life and community integration have been promoted.
