The effective operation of any organization in the society cannot do without incentive.Experience shows that incentive is a necessary prerequisite for the implementation of effective teaching."Ideological and political course" as the main front,the main channel of Ideological and political education to college students in colleges and universities,make the best of the incentive research of Ideological and political course teaching effectiveness theory,not only can promote the effectiveness of the ideological and political education,but also help to promote the progress and development of the discipline construction.The "15 plan" to put the motivation and the ideological and political course teaching,adhere to the needs of student development as the premise,rational and effective ideological and political course teaching,which is also the starting point and goal of the party and the state of College Students' Ideological and political education.This paper takes Yunnan University ideological and political course teaching as the research object,through the reference of incentive theory in Ideological and political course in university classroom teaching and effective incentive relationship as the research object,to explore the correlation between the two,as a data analysis tool,will combine classroom teaching and motivation theory thinking,analysis of the various incentive factors of effective incentives which correlated with the"Ideological and political course",and the "Ideological and political course"affect the teaching effectiveness,how to influence the results.Through empirical research and analysis,found that full use of effective incentive in the process of Ideological and political course teaching,adopting the incentive methods to effectively carry out education and teaching,to improve the ideological and political course on College Students' appeal and influence,positive changes of specific performance in the classroom teaching status,satisfaction and learning effects.The enhancement of fruit,but the influence on thought and value identity is not obvious.The conclusion of the study shows that teaching and the social ideological and political course learning,management,psychology,organizational behavior and other disciplines are closely linked,through the transformation of the mode of thinking,the use of related disciplines theory to analyze the interpretation of Ideological and political course in the reform of the teaching problems,to explore the factors affecting the effectiveness of this study tries to use incentive theory.The content of effective incentive,incentive methods,in the University Ideological and political course teaching in the course of study,and quantitative analysis of effective incentive and effect of Ideological and political course teaching effectiveness in all aspects of the correlation coefficient,promote the teaching methods of rich phase and with the teaching content,to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political course teaching.
