Whether it is teaching theory or practical pursuit,teaching effectiveness is the eternal theme of research.Teaching effectiveness means that teachers can enable students to obtain academic development through classroom teaching activities based on the objective laws of classroom teaching activities.The teaching objectives of effective teaching should reflect the core qualities of the ideological and political course,the teaching content should be close to life and the characteristics of the times,and the teaching evaluation should be diversified.Then,how to study the effectiveness of the teaching of ideological and political courses in senior high schools,promote the implementation of the fundamental goal of "cultivating people with morality" in the ideological and political courses of senior high schools,and realize the cultivation of the core literacy of students' ideological and political courses in high schools is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.Through the use of questionnaire survey and interview methods to study the effectiveness of high school ideological and political teaching,The high school students' Ideological and political achievement and personal development level are similar to those of other high school students in other regions of the country.Therefore,it is of certain significance to investigate this middle school for other schools.The survey found that in this aspect,high school ideological and political teaching objectives are mere formalities,the teaching content lacks practicality,the student's main body status is not reflected,and the teaching evaluation is unscientific,which seriously affects the quality of teaching.In response to these problems,specific suggestions are made from the following four aspects:one is to effectively change the concept of high school ideological and political teaching,and to improve teachers'teaching ability;the second is to focus on optimizing the high school ideological and political teaching environment to promote the realization of the effectiveness of teaching;the third is to highlight The student's dominant position stimulates the endogenous motivation of students' ideological and political learning in high schools;the fourth is to construct a scientific high school ideological and political teaching evaluation system to play a guiding and motivating function.Through these strategies,the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political courses in senior high schools has been improved.
