Classroom teaching is the forefront of the new curriculum reform, how to improve the effectiveness of classroom instruction, complete requirements of the new curriculum reform is that every teacher must think about and focus on the problems in teaching. In politics teaching, students are learning the subject, only to fully mobilize the students ’initiative and enthusiasm, stimulate students’ motivation to learn and improve ideological and political course on the effectiveness of classroom teaching can really sense. However, high school students are in the adolescent stage, ideological and political motivation is not strong,showing a lack of intrinsic interest motivation, learning situation motivation is too strong,utilitarian features stronger motivation, how to stimulate students’ motivation to become improve the ideological and political lesson Teaching Effectiveness of the key.Attribution theory has been put forward since 1958 Hyde experienced research from theory to practice of the process of education is an important field of applied research.Among them, Weiner’s attribution theory of motivation and emotions play an important role in the development of education in the field of application, which is the ideological and political teaching to stimulate students’ motivation to provide a theoretical basis.This paper focuses on the ideological and political teaching on how to use the Attribution Theory to Inspire Students’ Motivation for the center is divided into four parts,namely:The first part of the motivation to do the theory and attribution theory expounded,which focuses on the influence of attribution theory and Weiner’s attribution theory of motivation and emotional learning motivation.The second part analyzes the current situation of high school students learning motivation, and attribution factors influence student motivation analyzed, summed ability,effort, task difficulty, luck, these four factors are the main factors that affect students’ learning motivation.The third part, in the ideological and political teaching, take appropriate measures to address factors that affect teaching student motivation, that by overcoming the adverse effects due to the ability of factors, give full play to the positive role attributed to the efforts of factors, objective understanding of return because the task difficulty factor, motivation to inspire students to avoid the attribution of the luck factor appears.The fourth part, based on the theoretical analysis of the inquiry, a senior high school politics required "Economy and Life" Lesson 11 in the first frame, "the face of economicglobalization," the instructional design, for example, from preparing lessons, classes, jobs layout, tutoring, teaching basic aspects of starting, to further explore the use of the ideological and political teaching Attribution Theory to Inspire Students’ Motivation practicality countermeasures.
