Research On The Constitution And Influencing Factors Of Adult Females In Yunnan Province In 2014

Yunnan is a multi-ethnic province,located on the southwestern border of China.Compared with developed regions,there are still large gaps in the health level of the people of all ethnic groups in Yunnan.The majority of female adults in Yunnan Province have dual identities.They need to work and do housework,plus a few in their lifetime.The special physiology phase is more vulnerable to diseases,and the health of the next generation is inextricably linked to the physical health of women.Adult women are a large population and special groups.Their physical conditions and factors that affect physical fitness are even more important.Worth exploring.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the age characteristics,urban-rural characteristics and influencing factors of the physical status of adult females in Yunnan Province in 2014,to provide scientific evidence for improving the physical fitness of adult females in Yunnan Province,and to provide an objective basis for advancing the construction of healthy China and the construction of healthy Yunnan.And reference opinions.This article uses the literature data method,the index measurement method,the questionnaire survey method,the mathematical statistics method,and the logic analysis method to analyze the physical fitness test data and the questionnaire survey data of the adult women aged 20-59 years sampled from the 2014 national physique monitoring in Yunnan Province.Analyze and investigate its influencing factors.The findings are as follows:(1)In 2014,the fitness rate of adult females in Yunnan Province was slightly lower than the overall level of Yunnan Province;in the year of 20 to 39 years of age in Yunnan Province,the fitness rate of adult females in urban areas was significantly higher than that of rural adult females,and the age of 40 to 59 years In section,the fitness rate of adult females in urban areas is slightly higher than that of adult females in rural areas.(2)The physical appearance of adult female physique monitoring in Yunnan Province in2014 showed that height decreased with age,waist circumference increased with age,and body weight,chest circumference,hip circumference,and skin fold thickness index first increased with age decline.Adult females in urban height and upper arm skinfold thicknesswere significantly larger than those in rural adult females;breasts,waist circumference,and shoulder fold skinfold thickness were significantly greater in rural adult women than in urban adult females.(3)In 2014,the physical functioning of adult females in Yunnan Province's national physique monitoring showed that there was little change in Ann venous pressure with age;blood pressure increased with age,but both were within the normal range;vital capacity increased with age.Decline;step index increases first and then decreases with age,and the overall cardiopulmonary function decreases with age.The number of adult females with venous pressure and vital capacity in urban areas was significantly higher than that of rural adult females.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and step index were significantly higher in adult females than in adult females.(4)In 2014,the physical fitness of adult females in Yunnan Province's national physique monitoring showed that with the increase of age,the indicators of seat flexion,vertical jump,closed eye single-legged,and one-minute sit-ups showed a downward trend,and grip strength increased.Age increases first and then decreases.Back forces and choice responses increase with age.The adult females in the rural areas were significantly larger than the adult females in the forward flexion and selection responses,and the adult females in the city were significantly larger than those in rural areas.(5)In 2014,the qualified physique of adult females in Yunnan Province was related to urban and rural areas,education level,public venue facilities,and physical exercise.The qualified physique and education level were moderately correlated,and weakly related to urban and rural areas,public venues,facilities,and physical exercise.
