The Influence Of Wheelchair Tennis On The Physical And Mental Health Of Disabled Persons Caused By Disasters

This study originated from this year when the Wenchuan earthquake of 10 th anniversary on the occasion,the earthquake caused great damage to review of personnel and property caused by the earthquake,especially those children with disabilities,has grown up,in this study,wheelchair tennis as an opportunity,through the physical and mental health of maimed in wheelchair tennis after exercise the change on wheelchair tennis social value,deep at the same time,also accelerate the wheelchair tennis movement in China's development speed.This study used qualitative research methods,analysis paradigm of life course theory,through purposive sampling,selection of tolls disabled wheelchair tennis athletes as the research object,through on-the-spot investigation,interview,interview investigation to meet the conditions of sampling two wheel athletes.Through the analysis of the collected data,the life trajectories of the two round tennis players can be divided into three parts: the time when the earthquake occurred,after the earthquake occurred,before joining the wheel network and after joining the wheel network.In these three parts,the physical condition,psychological condition and social adaptation are analyzed respectively,and the transcripts of two athletes are written and converted:1.Tolls disabled wheelchair tennis player,at the beginning of the first phase and the second phase,the physical and mental health injuries before there is a more obvious damage,specifically in the two athletes of physical disability and psychological conflict appear obvious anxiety,loneliness,irritable mood,in the face of the society when the choice of escape;2.Late in the second stage,Tolls disabled wheelchair tennis athletes physical and mental health are in a relatively stable state,the recovery of the body to adapt to the situation,psychological and emotional experience negative has gradually weakened,theattitude towards society also improved;3.In the third stage,tolls disabled wheelchair tennis athletes' physical and mental health has improved,physical health,mental health and social adaptation to disaster since the best state of their lives,work and learning and healthy people at the same level.The wheelchair tennis and the wheelchair tennis players are complementary to each other.Wheelchair tennis help maimed rehabilitation,tolls disabled wheelchair tennis athletes are through their own efforts to improve the social influence of wheelchair tennis.4.Great disaster forced the life trajectory of wheelchair tennis players changed,also forced them to make new choices,and in the choice of wheelchair tennis,for the future of life and occupation development have a clear goal,can clearly find self value and social value,can objectively rational planning the future development direction,efforts the realization of personal value and social value of the wheelchair tennis,strong on the individual,family and even the society all has the sense of responsibility and mission.The results of the study showed that the health effects of wheelchair tennis on the maimed body is positive,can well help maimed physical function recovery,reduce the psychological burden of disability tolls,to ease the psychological pressure,negative emotions,increasing optimism and experience have very good effect,at the same time,also accelerate push the maimed into society pace,realize personal value and social value.
