Study On The Index System Of Influencing Factors Of Football League Operation In Primary And Secondary Schools In Shanghai

With the emphasis and attention of the state and society on campus football,pilot school of the campus football and the school of joining the campus football league also began to increase,as students training and display platform,The league and other events are also thriving.How to carry out and build a good competition platform,better serve primary and middle school students and give consideration to the interests of all parties,need to sort out and analyze the influencing factors of the operation of the league,this paper studies the Shanghai school football league influence factors in the process of actual operation and the main influence factors,and construct the index system of influencing factors,for the government to the campus football league management provides some references for the reform and alliance management.This article uses Literature review,Expert interview,Delphi method,Analytic hierarchy process and Mathematical analysis methods,such as school football league in Shanghai as the research object,research of primary and secondary schools in Shanghai campus football league operation factors and construct the index system.The results of the study were: the index system of influencing factors for the operation of the football league in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai was59,including 3 primary indicators,13 secondary indicators and 43 tertiary indicators.Primary index of target layer "of Shanghai primary and middle school campus football league operation factors",the government had the greatest influence factors,the weight value of 0.5968,second campus football league factors,weight value is0.2504,other stakeholders factors affect the minimum,weight value of 0.1528.The conclusion is as follows:First,the Shanghai municipal government in the league operation effect is the largest,from the perspective of league better development,need the government from the aspects of laws and regulations to carry on the design and improve the development of union,clear functions and positioning of government guidance,supervision and service,with more effective policies to guide the campus football development.Second,the Shanghai campus football league's own management and development are also important factors of influence after the government,whether alliance management system,management level,the development of the alliance members,have effects on the league.Third,the stakeholders influence is relatively small,but also is indispensable part of league booming,good service and good stakeholder management will be better to mobilize all positive factors promote the development of the league.
