Research On The Construction Of Campus Football Evaluation Index System In Primary And Secondary Schools In Guangdong Province

Since the Ministry of Education officially took charge of the national youth campus football work in 2014,the government has repeatedly mentioned the establishment of a sound campus football evaluation mechanism and the construction of a scientific and rational campus football evaluation mechanism and evaluation system.Under the leadership of the government,campus football has been rapidly promoted.However,due to the lag of relevant theoretical research,the evaluation of the development level of campus football is still in the exploratory stage,and there is still a set of scientific and operational campus football evaluation index system.In this context,this paper aims to construct a scientific and reasonable campus football evaluation index system to clearly define the goals and ideas of campus football,correctly guide the development direction of campus football,and promote the comprehensive development of youth physical and mental health.This paper uses the literature method,Delphi method,interview method,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics method to study the existing theories and policies,and builds the evaluation index of the campus soccer in Guangdong primary and secondary schools on the basis of consulting a number of experts.The system also selected three schools in different regions of Guangdong Province to carry out empirical research to verify the scientificity and feasibility of the evaluation index system.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The meaning of campus football is: a series of football activities organized and carried out by the education department to improve students' football skills,enhance students' physical fitness,and promote the overall development of students' physical and mental activities.2.Using the Delphi method to screen the primary evaluation indicators,and finally determine the four first-level indicators of “ organizational leadership ”,“conditional guarantee”,“teaching training” and “competition exchange”;“working mechanism” and “regulations” 10 secondary indicators such as “site equipment” and “teacher construction”;“the principal is the principal responsible person,and the school football leading group participated by other departments of the school to specifically guide the development of the school's campus football work.The division of labor will be implemented.The leadership team will hold regular campus football work deployment meetings,promotion meetings and summarymeetings every semester,timely discuss issues in the progress of the work and convey the spirit of the instructions of the higher authorities,etc.31 three-level indicators.At the same time,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of each part of the evaluation index.3.In order to verify the scientificity and feasibility of the campus football evaluation index system constructed in this paper,three schools from Huangpu District of Guangzhou,Wuhua County of Meizhou City and Chikan District of Zhanjiang City were selected for empirical analysis.The survey results show that three The school campus football development situation is at a passing level,the main shortcoming is the poor popularity of extracurricular competition and the lack of behavioral culture construction.At the same time,it is considered that the evaluation index system of campus soccer in Guangdong Province is scientific and feasible.
